I'm glad we got to keep the pick. I'm even more glad that we can possibly get Simmons or Ingram.

Yup Simmons is a stud but is not a true small forward and doesn't have the size as a power forward. I'm actually happy in a way we get the 2nd pick, i want ingram more then Simmons.

Gimme some Ingram. I want to keep this pick. Ingram would be a great fit with our current players and his skill set. Great for Luke's system too. And we need an elite 3-point shooter. I just have a good feeling about this kid. You don't get to play at Duke (for the most part) unless your character is great. Pretty anti-Simmons at this point.

Are we OK with it if Simmons drops to 2?

Sixers already have 1 twig in Noel. They wouldn't take Ingram ....would they??

@LTLakerFan They're pretty thin at SG. They have Covington at SF.....I can very likely see them taking Ingram. Especially if they want to space the floor for Okafor. Then again, it's Philly - who knows what they're thinking. a******* should not have gotten a top 3 pick IMO.

Couldn't Simmons tank his workout with the Sixers to come to us? I mean, the difference between the two is pretty small. It wouldn't take much to push Philly towards Ingram. Not sure I want Simmons that much more than Ingram, but the difference is small enough and it's only one spot he'd have to drop. I mean, he tanked an entire season, don't see why he couldn't tank a couple workouts.

Sixers could take Ingram but I doubt it.

I can see that especially with questions about his motor. I would welcome him with open arms honestly. That would mean we would have to target shooters in free agency.
