It's my fault, if I would have scored 45 ppg and been the stopper the Lakers need, we would have won. It's all my fault.

Either the minny was better or God decided to punish to punnish that sirronstuff guy for bellittlimg his favorite player.
MINN was better. YOU HAD a 1,2 pd {sign of a .500 ish team} an old guy and a plump guy hurtin. I mean get real. they won like 15 of last 20. get a center and try again.

It wasn’t one thing it was many different reasons we lost. The Lakers roster was poorly constructed we’ve known for many months that not having a true starting center was likely going to cost us a shot at a championship. We need someone that can rebound, protect the paint, switch, recover, and catch lobs from Luka. Hayes can only do one of those things and he didn’t even play in this series.

JJ’s stubbornness and insistence on playing small ball despite us getting killed on the glass was a major factor. Even if Hayes isn’t a great defender he’s still a big factor who size wise can at least matchup with Gobert better than the other guys we have out there.

Our perimeter defense is not good if your perimeter defense isn’t able to contain the ball, you’re going to allow consistent penetration, which leads to open three’s and the only way to cover up for that is with a great interior presence that can cover up for guys like Luka and Austin. We don’t have that kind of defensive personnel.

While I was bummed the way we lost, and thought we might win that series, I felt like making that mid season trade was going to have it's inherent problems. Truth is, in this series, if we had AD instead of Luka, I would have liked our chances. But going into the future, I believe Luka will have a longer, larger legacy. But it will take us another half a season to work things out and become a good team.

    No bigs
Not enough 2 way athletic players
    Austin being injured
JJ refusing to play the bigs we had, even though we were getting destroyed on the boards
Rob, for refusing to sign even a serviceable backup big
    Unplayable Hayes

The poll would have made a lot more sense with at least 2 or 3 choices and a few more options including the always popular, Jeanie sucks and needs to sell the team.

I went with no big, but I would say no bench production is a very close 2nd.

Going into the playoffs you ideally need 7-8 guys who you can really trust. JJ had 5, the big 3 plus Rui/DFS, that ain't gonna do it, especially if one of them is 40.
