Would be great to see Kobe BURY the Queens one last time....it's going to be a good game I think.

Kobe was fantastic out there tonight. Wish he could have closed it out with the kids instead of Crazy Eyes, but he thought better of it. He was still awesome coaching from the bench out there. Nice to see Kobe have another great game like this.

^^^ Kobe was the only reason to watch the first half. He was the only reason I stuck around past halftime and man I'm glad I did and that once again he let the kids play out the entire 4th and encouraged them along the whole way. Coach Kobe > B0ron.

I think most of us here could have guessed this.

This is kinda cool, funny. Crazy what might have been had Charlotte not wanted Vlade.

Wow still can't believe how high Kobe got up. That was an amazing display of athleticism by the old fella.

You got damn well close to it from Kobe. :Kobeheadbob: Amazing performance at his age! The aggressiveness, still / always banging guys in the post and just going for it even now. He literally seems to be rounding into mid season form finally with handles, timing, footwork and shots that are going in a FAR more appropriate for him % of the time.

Yeah a few us even guessed it this week, but it really does suck for fans who bought tickets to those games for just him.

You called it. My favorite game of the year, even in a loss.

    That's awesome GoldenKnight.

After Kobe's bad start to the season, he's has been playing great. Remarkable what he's still able to do despite the age, mileage, and most importantly injuries.

Had some great moments tonight. Nice and effective early. Ineffective late. Just too cold and old.

Yeah I think he's being played too long and then sat too long. He and JC didn't come back until like, what, 4 mins left? Too long to wait for Kobe. Before that he was playing very well, he was giving the fans their money's worth in the first half. He played some solid D on Durant to close the game too, Westbrook is the one who killed us.

Byron just doesn't know how to manage mins. He leaves players in too long and they get tired, he leaves them on the bench too long and they get ice cold. There needs to be a balance that I honestly don't thing he'll figure out.

    NO WAY!!!
I'd say that they are finding a way to compete in spite of him.

    Definitely not because of him.

This one isn't the WMC thread, so I can say this: I really, really, really hope that Byron just figures it out. I want us to get better immediately and consistently.
