He would have gotten crushed by that 2009 team.

Lebron actually had one of his best playoffs series in his career against Orlando . (38.5/8/8 on 48% from the field)

Cavs had no answer for Coward , Orlando shooter were on fire from 3 ... and you know Mike Clown and well known playoffs choker Mo Williams

Lewis and Turkoglu were playing out of their minds (likely on the juice at the time), add in the walking PED that is Dwight Howard and the Cavs had no answers.

I definitely think we would have crushed them. It would have been nice to see Kobe get a Finals victory over Lebron.

Yeah Lebron was pretty dominant that series. He didn't hold up his end the following year when he quit on his team in the series against those guys. And I agree with you guys, Cleveland would have lost to that 2009 team. That was team was clicking on all cylinders.

LeBron was definitely dominant, but lets not forget that he played absolutely no defense that series. He was hidden on defense by guarding Rafer Alston and when he couldn't do that properly, he was hidden on someone else.

Also, the gameplan was to let LeBron get his and shut down everybody else. It's not a knock on LeBron for having bad teammates, but it does allow him to inflate his individual stats. I think Cavs were also up by 20 twice in that series. They lost one and nearly lost the other if it weren't for LeBron's game-winning 3pt shot.

I can't hate on 32-8-8, but he didn't have as great of a series as the numbers suggest. LeBron was 8th on his own team in +/- that series.

As tough as it is to watch Kobe. When he has those flashes like in the 1st quarter it helps me kind of get through this season.

But man this is gonna be a tough stretch ... at least those tributes are nice to watch. And hopefully he's at least still there on April 13th - thankfully I got those tickets at the beginning of the preseason relatively "cheap".

Sorry, love the guy, but he should have retired before this season. Rode off quietly into the sunset. Dude is done. I knew he'd lose his legs in the 2nd quarter tonight after all that shooting in the 1st and I think I was right.

The most frustrating thing is that I truly believe he would look a lot better if he would just stop trying to play like it was 2005-2006. His stubbornness is killing him right now.

He should have retired after the achilles game. I understand him trying to come back. But yea, that would have been a good time to hang it up and no one would have faulted him for it.

Agreed, leave your last game walking off torn Achilles after nailing two free throws, really symbolic. Yet I understand him trying to come back, expected him to try and come back but man that wasn't the best choice. Plus Byron constantly running him into the ground.
