I hope the storyline gets into how the virus started and how life will be after things start to get resolved. Maybe not this season, but the next
Spin-off is happening and it will be in the same zombie world, but not connected to the current story or group in Atlanta at all. http://screenrant.com/walking-dead-spinoff-character-descriptions/
dunno if they'll go that route on the show, but robert kirkman has more or less said he specifically avoids that in the comics because he finds the relationships and current environment of the apocalypse a lot more interesting than cause/cure
My gut says Morgan is out of the picture untilthe end of the season. At least the break after the first half. They just had to out a teaser to let us know he'll be back
I have no interest in this current story. From Beth to the Doctor to the police officers, I just don't care. For me, it was a terrible episode and I don't like how they got away from the strong start they had going so far.
this was weird, confusing, and a little boring. if they're gonna do this whole split-up stories thing...at least do them all each episode. stop skipping around group to group and episode to episode. makes it harder to follow, and really makes the less interesting subplots stand out. anyways, at least carol is there now to hopefully to kick some a** and end this subplot.
Not every episode can be amazing. This one was pretty boring, they wanted you to cases for these new characters but you really can't. No one cares about the doctor, the cop, that guy Beth helped escape that just left her there. The only bright spot is the cliffhanger.
This was more of a build up episode than anything. Can't be all action packed episodes. Previous episode, Rick finds Daryl in the bushes with someone, and did not really say where Carol was. We have to know why... My feeling is, after Noah escaped and Beth got caught, he ran into Daryl and Carol who were camped outside after they trailed him. Carol pretended to be attacked to get inside, and Daryl went back with Noah to give Rick an update so it doesn't seem like they're totally missing. Carol is going to bide her time and protect Beth inside this place until Rick and gang show up and another storyline begins.
I still liked it. I think it dragged on in the middle there with the weird rapist police officer and the policewoman with an anger problem, but I liked the story. Spoiler I think Daryl and Carol followed the car to the hospital. When Noah escapes he runs into Daryl and Carol. They hatch a plan: Carol fakes an injury and ends up in the hospital to get to Beth. Noah and Daryl go back to the church to get the others. Carol and Beth rampage inside and get out, saving a couple people (maybe the shady doctor?) and they get out of Atlanta. The idea that Noah is related to the other dude is cool. I think it would be pretty coincidental though and I'd rather think they're just regular people.
This is what I think happened too. I don't think Carol and Daryl are careless enough to get themselves injured. Carol is gonna help Beth escape from inside and Daryl is gonna be coming from the outside with the rest of the group. Spoiler I really like that Virginia name drop, might lead into the safe haven known as Alexandria. I think that's where they'lol end up at at the end of the season, Rick's and Abraham's group.
This is exactly how I see it playing out. I actually liked the episode. I like Beth and I like that they're developing her character.
