This was another incredible episode with a cliffhanger that makes me wish it was next Sunday already. That church scene was just as brutal in the comics. What Bob told Rick before he died will have a lasting impression. Half the group splitting off to go to DC, honestly hoping they reconnect before the season is over without any losses. And hoping Tyresse gets back to kicking but and less of a coward. Any ideas on who is with Daryl?
Well Carol should still be with him. I figured something happened to her and she's messed up now... That Church scene was crazy. It was over the top. I love that the group is flirting with the edge of insanity. That's where the fun is.
I think Carol stayed to keep an eye on Beth, who's most likely being held up in that hospital somewhere, and Daryl probably came back with someone they found where Beth was at, and that's who's behind him. That's why Daryl was hesitant to say where Carol was. Sad to see Glen and Maggie have to part with the group. I'm sure we'll see them soon. But seriously with his redneck scientist guy, I mean, as if he's the only person who thought of that idea regarding taking down the virus. He's so sketchy, I think he's just stringing it along to get to DC because he thinks it safe there.
I was hoping that Carl would get to put one of those dudes down when they opened the door and then Rick would silence them before they were able to hurt anyone else. I also read a pretty cool theory about the place that Beth is in. I would LOVE it if they went this route. A brand new story line too so all the comic readers can't ruin it all for us just like they did with the tainted meat scene. Bob killed that scene. Spoiler: HOSPITAL? Oh I get it. So those two are part of a group that kidnap other people, and knock them out, dress like regular doctors and police people, and make them think that the whole 'walking dead' is all in their mind, making them think that they're crazy. Finally, I was hoping there'd be a troll group of survivors. Source; http://www.reddit.com/r/thewalkingdead/comments/2kfecg/sneak_peek_of_next_weeks_episode/clkvrrs Also, I want more backstory. They mentioned the bombs last night and I want more of it. I think they've said they wouldn't do a show about the events that took place while Rick was in a coma and that upsets me. I love that sort of thing.
Yeah I definitely don't believe that guy has a cure. In fact I don't know if I trust he's some sort of scientist. Seems more like a geeky guy trying to BS his way to survival with some fancy words. Maybe you're right with Carol. That seems more like her deal. Maybe Daryl ran into the black dude that's been following them?
You know who that black guy is right? He's the father who Rick initially stayed with in the first season and left a radio with. The one who's wife was a walker who kept trying to open the door.
yeah i thought the same...she was obsessed / on a mission for glenn but hasn't mentioned beth from what i can remember
They all got split up. Maybe Maggie thinks Beth is dead. I don't remember anyone saying she was still alive, and being dead is probably what you assume if no one gives you hope someone is alive.
Did he? I really don't remember him saying anything about Beth. I don't even think she knew he and Beth escaped together when everyone was split up.
i dont remember darryl explicitly saying he was with beth or that she was taken, i just assumed that's something that happened off screen..why would he not tell her that?
The very beginning of Season 5 featured him telling everyone this. They don't say her name, Darryl is on a voiceover while it shows them making their 'weapons' in he box car. "Black car with a white cross painted on it. I tried to follow it. I tried." - Darryl "So she's alive?" - Maggie "She's alive." - Darryl
Next episode will be interesting. Looks like it'll be entirely about Beth. I wonder who took her and why.
