kind of however Our big Walker not to good of a shooter bad at free throws. As for Austin/Jalen Ok defender vs an elite defender. So while OKC is an overall solid defensive team we are trying hide our stars.

Luka is a star and what he wants Lakers are bind to it. However this dont mean what Luka sees or want in Austin or anyone else means its the best way to win. If you look back at Dominant Shaq, MJ, Kobe or even recent Lebron. Phil was instrumental in Shaq, MJ, Kobe titles. Pat was instrumental in Lebron getting his first two. Luka have not won anything yet. I am a fan you cant put me in Luka shoes. Luka liking Austin or playing with Austin dont mean anything when it comes to winning it all. Of all those titles there was no brotherly love. a total of 13 titles.

That’s pathetic. Seriously. You can’t even admit there’s a possibility that he knows more about AR as a player, in practices and games and discussing basketball with him than you and your ******* talking points. The arrogance is amazing.

I am a fan is it not obvious they have a relationship and as professional basketball players know more than me? We dont have to spell that out lol. My point is Lebron is a champ and he still wanted to play with Westbrook which flopped. My point is Luka may or may not not be right and it dont mean Austin is bad player. They have a good relationship they play well with each other. No one is saying they cant be a good team, What the question is if we can put a team together hiding both players weakness and win a title. If Lakers dont win a title with Austin it can be argued Lakers invested in Austin which hurt Lebron/Davis era and Luka.

Of course it’s about winning a chip captain obvious. Do you think Luka is not the competitive monster he is and is NOT driven to win a championship? And now you’re going to blame AR for LeBron and AD not winning more?? When he hugely outplayed his contract every single year???

Maybe he is. However he still was a player that likes to shoot, had to be ask to get in better shape, traded from a team that lost faith in him.(i think it was financial). So even if he has the fire it still dont mean he knows the best way to achieve that goal.

Like Luka Phil had to wheel in MJ and Kobe, Pat had to say no to Lebron request. not because your hungry means you know how to cook.

Carlyle says he has a brilliant basketball mind about every aspect to winning with it. But he doesn’t know jack either in comparison to your opinion on this?

saying you know what it takes to win and winning is not the same thing. Then again Tmac said he could have won with Shaq. Things are always easier said than done.

WTF does that even mean? They were supposed to cut him as he got better and better. All he ever did was do what coaching staffs asked of him. This logic for argument’s sake from you is sheer nonsense. I’m done. You’re not worth the effort.

If Lakers did not trade for Pau Kobe won two more titles with 3 straight trips to the finals? Davis/Lebron was not about Austin thats the whole point. getting better and better as a generational player age out means nothing. He was expendable. You look back what have they gained? nothing. Lakers was doing the same thing to generational kobe until he requested a trade. they traded for Pau and the rest was history, the 1st round exits became a thing o the past. The Bynum/Kobe experiment was over and played a smaller role.

Your points are all over the map … anything to not concede there’s “MAYBE” the “possibility” Luka might have a better handle on this than you.

for two players that won a title ill let you figure out x player playoff record playing with 2 stars. 31 Starts, 11 Wins, 21 Losses. Health to Davis was one thing but their perimeter defensive give them no legit shot and was reduce to a playin early exit team at best.

Kobe Bryant went 15-17 in playoff games during his career when playing without both Shaquille O'Neal and Pau Gasol.

give proven winning players the right pieces they can continue compete if you dont they wont.

We have a realistic shot at competing and if things go our way of winning. You could make a similar list of what ifs for any team. Good fortune is a part of every championship team. Many champions have been crowned off of other teams misfortune. It is a long season.

You do know that all of this is your fault, right?

But it's super entertaining for me, as I try to infer the entire conversation from your angry responses.

old and grumpy haha. because one has a different view?. lol. The reality like it or not Austin did not produce anything to date other than a great story. The time is now to reap the benefits from the sacrific. The potential is there to be a great team. However if the defense continues to be an issue and be an early exit team well you know how the story ends.
