need a vet pg to help turn the boyz to men; else the backcourt may just be another bad creation.

These two way guards mentioned in this thread aren't good enough to stick with any NBA squads. I believe Brown auditioned for a spot a year or two ago. As the thread title says, they are mere fodder for practices for the new kids on the block.

Sean Kilpatrick is a 6'4", 25 year old guard out of the hilariously named Yonkers, NY. He played college ball at Cincinnati for four years. He was a consensus-2nd team All-American in 2014, First Team All-ACC in 2014, and 2x 2nd Team All-Big East in 2012 and 2013.

He played four games in the NBA last season for the Timberwolves where he averaged 5.5 points, 1.0 assists, 0.8 steals, and 1.5 rebounds in 18 minutes per game.

He played four two D-League teams last year: the poorly named Delaware 87ers (guess who they're affiliated with) and the Santa Cruz Warriors. With the Warriors he averaged 11.7 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.9 assists to go along with 0.8 steals and a negligible block total. He played 22 games, but started only 10 of them and he played an average of only 22.4 minutes per game. He shot just 38.3% from the field and 27.4% from deep.

For the still poorly named Delaware 87ers he averaged 16.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.2 steals, and 0.2 blocks per game. He played in 22 games as well for the 87ers, but started in 17 of them and played 31.6 minutes per game. He shot much, much better from the floor with this squad going 47.5% from the field and 40.6% from deep. He shot better while also taking more shots.

He's somewhat interesting, but looks a hell of a lot more like a 2 guard than a 1 guard.

^Yeah, I thought the same thing; I think their (Front Office) definitely targeting a guard, though.

Obviously the Knicks are overflowing with talent out their ears, so anyone they let go of is most likely better than anyone we have, so of course we are going to jump on that.

So Fisher was being open minded and politically correct when he 1st got him but now he's available again? My "Spidey" senses are saying after 2 Pro teams' actions....... he is a "scrub". Pass. Keep the spot open for Upshaw in case he pulls his head out of his a**.

Risk / reward pulled from butt observation.

Might not fit in with our heavy analytics based offense structure, etc.
