I think that JJ is becoming kind of Kerr with his love to small ball b*******.
But Lakers still have Kessler so will see

 

Rob is giving JJ plenty of fresh groceries to come up with something good

Let's see what kind of concoction he can come up with and get this team on the right path and win more games than they lose

 

Man, I haven't seen a job age someone this fast since Obama swore into office.

 

His sudden change during the season was unbelievable.
You can see he is a high emotional guy and an over thinker. He lives a lot the process and detail and gets pissed when is not followed.

He did improve his last season and I think he will keep learning how to control it better

 

The bottom line is:

Did he learn enough and will he continue to learn to take us to the promised land?

Adjustments, game plans, rotations. etc

 

He was great in the playoffs.

I trust him to build a system and ideology with this new team and grow through continuity

I am really excited for JJ this year. I know he is thrilled to be in the position he is in. What coach wouldn't love this roster? Very coachable unit. Young coach and young players growing together. JJ and the players think they get can win now and that makes them dangerous. Going to be an exciting season.

Absolutely massive, clear message about the importance of our young talent. We are on the right path. Dynasty incoming. Anyone wanting to moan and groan better get it done, we are running out of things to moan and groan about. Zach is the perfect man for this job. Heck with the singles, we are hitting home runs.

 

Do you know of him? Compared to Ty Abbot who currently held the position and who has our SL team just killing it and coming together in Vegas?

 

I only know of him through his g league work and what I quickly read up on him. Seems to be an innovative guy that works out of the box which is what caught my attention. I think he will help JJ in those areas which is pretty exciting. Young guys will have a voice.

 

This is important for the team to grow

JJ needs to find time for the young guys to get game speed minutes to develop
