yeah, i don't like the rui/lebron lineup except in certain matchups (and maybe in the playoffs?). check it out:

i guess in theory swapping smart for reaves in that most-used lineup could look different? i just like having more speed out there.

agree that dosunmu could start at pg (or sf) depending on whether you define it by offense or defense. i'd still prefer a djj type to a rui type for the other starting spot, though.

Yeah we can probably drop this one lol. I also completely forgot about that one Roger Mason year when he was actually pretty decent. He had a game winner on Christmas Day! After we beat them in 08, they were kind of in their relative version of the wilderness for a couple of years. Still won 50+ games, but pretty fraudulent in 09 and 2010.

yes. in his prime, ginobili made basically a little over 80% of what his max would be. that would be about 35 for reaves now.

i don't know that the situations were identical, and i think the spurs were considered to maybe have gotten a discount, too.

for some reason, his salary doesn't show up on some lists, but i think those figures would have him around that 40th highest paid slot we keep mentioning.

And this is where i am with Austin around 33mil. And i wish the talks of 2nd option would die. I like him on the team but the role not so much. Depth IMO will be key to winning with now.

If I was Rob I would try to get better rebounding. If you have Lebron as a stretch 4 for the playoffs he's elite at a ton of stuff but he's an average rebounder and with the other stuff he does even in the DrayBron role he's not going ot have the energy to rebound

Ayton is ok, Hayes is ok, Rui is terrible, Smart is below average, kennard below average.

better perimeter defense would help this as it helps prevents the rotations which cause the center to get moved out of the paint but it's been a consistent issue for years with Lebron and Rui getting big minutes

I don’t Don’t Don’t Don’t want Gianiss. Read the report from Myles Turner. Now Kobe was Noctorius for being late for the team plane. But never stuff like this. I just don’t want to put up with the Gianiss circus maybe 5 years ago. Before all the injuries. But not now.

Give me Lebron and we can win with him.

Go get Kuzma Robert Williams Mitch Robinson Anfernee Simmons and Keon Ellis. Kuzma and Hachimura Smart can Rotate with Thiero. That will be enough.

Lebron Reaves off the bench. I’m saying not The King off the bench. But you play either Kuzma or Hachimura next to him.

Vando Knect can go and Bring Kennard back on a team friendly day.

The most important thing is making sure Luka can play and stay on the court.

Reports LeBron staying with the Lakers. Likely. As not alot of deals out there for him.

Teams will be on Gianiss sweepstakes. His Warriors.

He’s bringing a lot of baggage though.

One guy that Nobody has bought up and Damn he’s huge for the Rockets. I would love to have him here is Steven Adams.

talk about rebounding toughness defense. Attitude. It’s not all scoring. That’s your answer to Hartensetin.

problem is the Rockets are going to have a hard time giving him up. And they wouldn’t trade him to us.

    Hes exactly what we need.

most importantly. He sets wonderful picks. And would set great picks for Luka.

So if no communication with Lebron wont that suggest Lakers ready for him to move on.

    Three-team trade:

    Lakers get: Hart

Bucks get: Anunoby, McBride, Ayton, LaRavia, Knecht, #25, #26, 2031 Knicks 1st, 2033 Knicks 1st

    Knicks get: Giannis

Bucks don't want a 31 year old Hart, who will help them win. He has a team option, so he is essentially an expiring. They might prefer a 24 year old Jake, and a 25 year old Dalton. They are also expiring, but are much younger. They might pop, or worse scenario, help them loose more. Ayton is 8.1 million of expiring ballast, they could waive him if they want. The #25 gives them an immediate 1st.

Good to read and it is no brainer stuff. Now let’s all wait to see what they come up with. There’s no way we have a weaker team next year with the exception possibly if LeBron isn’t here. Guy’s one of a kind in this league and keeps delivering every year to best of his ability. Can’t replace what he brings it’s going to hurt when he’s no longer lacing them up for the Lakers. I’m expecting Tony Bennett to be a stud consulting on which players in the league and in the draft to target. Walter does have the track record of hiring people Great at their jobs.

Yes. We gain a dynamic defender who could guard POA and switch. He is also a good enough 3-point shooter and excellent rebounder. And we don't have to touch any of our cap room, in fact we free up an extra 700k. Ayton, LaRavia, and Knecht are one way players and don't fit what we need, so it's addition by subtraction. We free up 3 roster spots.
