The Robinson White and Washington idea I posted above, is a better team IMO.

 

Your idea is awesome, but unlikely. I like your idea better, but would use some different ideas as back up plans.

 

Gianiss to Portland is a good trade for both teams.

We’d have to get creative to get him.

 

hear me out, this may sound crazy, but if we can't get Giannis, it may make sense to trade Austin for KD. Reasoning:

- Fit with Luka is much better
- Still playing at a high level with 2 Years left on his contract so not locking ourselves to a huge long contract
- Houston are desperate to get rid of him.
- Houston need a point guard
- Austin is much younger and fits their timeline much better
- KD is a snake but probably worth it from a basketball standpoint

this would be valid especially If Lebron leaves. I don't think KD's ego could handle playing with Lebron.

 

You dont need to preface the post with "this may sound crazy" just becajse the sassy attitudes here about AR. KD is my least favorite superstar of all time but it does make sense. KD is a better fit offensively, and even defensively at his ripe older age. He's more catch and shoot. It absolutely makes sense. Better fit with Luka, and it fits Lebrons timeline, if that makes sense. A downside of this is it send Rui to the each, but thats okay. Lakers definitely would have to get another poa defender to go along with Smart though, and a rim protecting big.

 

I turned the game off after that b******* call on Shai. Marcus has his feet set and they call a foul for Shai. It’s b*******. We get no f***ing calls. So f*** the nba if they’re just going to fix it for OKC yeah I said it fixed. This isn’t basketball I watched with the 2002 Lakers. If they called basketball like they call today in the Lakers 2000 2002 championships the Lakers wouldn’t have won anything.
