maybe trades with Washington for guys like Corey Kispert or Coulley who might be expendable since the acquisition of Trey Young.

in the NBA you make trades with teams you have relationships with. And the Lakers have good trade relationships with the Wizards. And the Wizards have some young talent in the backcourt and on the wing that can help the Lakers.

we talk about all these trade scenarios. And I’d give this 1st and that 1st. Keyshawn George never comes up. That’s the guy I want. Throw everything in for him.

Sorry it was more frustration with how people are generally one extreme or the other about stuff, so I was replying to the "definitive" comment that the other poster said. People do talk like that. You bring up one idea and people want to crap on it and say stuff like: "there is no way that will happen, this is exactly what will happen", etc. People just seem to not have much flexibility these days and it's just kind of annoying.

I think the most likely result is the Clippers and Kawhi each get a fine and the league lets teams know behind closed doors that they're going to keep a closer eye on these sponsorship deals and other perks that the league has tried to be willfully ignorant of.
