What did we get out of adding our 2nd rd pick to somebody's trade? I forget the team involved now. So in essence... our gameplan after the Minnesota series...turned out to be Ayton (who Luka didn't ask for) Smart, LaRavia and Kennard. Whoopee

Was there any chatter about us trying to flip our FRP into more picks? Seems like we took a pretty lazy approach, wait until the summer! When all the good players are already locked up!

I guess we will have the assets, to pounce on somebody's disgruntled player, that wants a change of scenery besides Giannis.

Giannis being a two faced loser. Dude cycling between wanting to leave (well, certainly he did want to leave since Bucks entertained offers) to this junk about attracting people, like ousmane dieng. Sounds like he wants his $270 million super max and do barely anything.

Hopefully someone gets bought out that can help. I’d look at any of Thybulle, Klay, Demar…

On another note..we only have 3 picks to trade on draft night, so we can't wait until the summer to use them on Giannis. What players in the draft should we be looking at?

Derozan over everybody IMO. He can get buckets, that's always needed in the playoffs. f*** Klay..I wonder how he feels about the Mav's " little situation ".

The Warriors finally moved Kuminga..so he can go home, and get some prime PT without Kuminga and Butler. The last hurrah of the bash brothers..going out in the play in!

He's actually been really good when available: the problem is he's never been available lol

his 3 pointer is a lot better then what it was early in his career

The deadline was pretty active, I don’t remember seeing as many moves last year?

Who has cap space now the Lakers and Brooklyn only now? May help some leverage on the AR and Rui contract negotiations

We'll give Austin 40M and Rui 25M. Then ask Lebron to take 30M. After picking up a projected high lottery pick, that magically fell into our laps in the draft.

We didn't add that 2nd round pick. That was an old pick we sent years ago to the team that traded it now. Didn't belong to us now

What deal happened that you think "we should have been the ones doing that" with the assets we have available?

I have no idea what opportunities we had available, that we passed on. As busy as the trade deadline was, I'm sure there were a few. We'll hear about them in a few days I'm sure.

There’re some nice bigs in the late first early second. Jayden Quaintance if he slips in the first rd (Jalen Duren comp but has some injury issues). I’m also high on Morez Johnson on Michigan 6’9” can finish lobs great rebounder, winner, defends on the perimeter. Might be able to get him if we move up in the second round a la Thiero last year. Both are big time athletes and seem like Luka bigs.

That's insane. I imagine they count swaps, because by the Stepien Rule you can only trade 4 over the 7 you have, so only teams with their picks + picks they got from other teams would qualify, which sounds insane and very restrictive.

We also don't have recent FRPs already drafted. It would be Knecht but he stopped counting as one.

I can't see any team going even close to that a year away of Free Agency. May be storytelling
