JB > JR for this team. Brown flat out knows how to score without the baggage, ego, and personality of JR or Swaggy.
I'm not a huge fan of Seth. I still like my Chalmers idea which is sponsored by @RandleROFY who I believe first thought of going after Chalmers. I still don't like him, he's got a Ray-Allen-Punch-Me face but we could use what he brings, he's expiring, and it frees up room for Upshaw.
after a lull, we got a decent bit of movement regarding backups tonight. Until Andre Miller signs elsewhere or retires, I will continue to hold out hope.
Yeah, I like Chalmers. He gives us a back up point guard, but his skillset is a little bit different that any of our other guards we have right now; he doesn't bring instant scoring of Lou Williams, the athleticism and size of Clarkson or the veteran savvy that Kobe brings; nevertheless, he'll bring in something an experienced veteran presence who is more defensive minded, battle tested, and is not a complete stiff offensively.
Why would Miller come here over retiring? He can add something to a title contender still. My guess is with him it's Cleveland, SA or maybe the Clippers
I know Byron wants to add players that knows the Princeton Offense. That's why Lakers traded for Roy Hibbert who played the Princeton in College and signed Brandon Bass. Any of you want these guys that knows the Princeton? Baron Davis Metta World Peace Ronny Turiaf Manny Harris JaVale McGee J.R. Smith Michael Beasley Stephen Jackson Andray Blatche DeShawn Stevenson Daniel Gibson Hilton Armstrong Julian Wright Francisco Garica Ryan Hollins Chuck Hayes Hasheem Thabeet Luke Ridnour Anthony Randolph
If we go out and sign Rodney White, and then sign Daniel Gibson, we'd have a team of White, Black and Brown Boobies. EDIT: If anyone wonders why my posts today seem a bit weird, I'm on pain killers for a dental thing.
