I could only get through ten seconds of this vid due to the most awful, grating tone of this dude’s voice.

    Why? Was that you?

I don't find this voice grating but I do understand his point because there are guys I just can't watch at all. First thing that gets me with some people is when they sound like teens. It makes me think they are irrelevant. Then I hate screechy type voices that viscerally grate my brain. I think a lot of people go through voice training.

Have to say both his and Bronny’s athleticism pops out to me. When they turn it on, they’re faster, stronger and jump higher than 95% of the competition in their spots.

That’s a foundation you can build from. Both of them need to be defense focused these first few years.

Yeah when I said that about Bronny about a month ago Astros jumped down my throat and mocked me and told me about all the better athletes there are on the playgrounds. I’m ******* sure there are. And it’s besides the point that they don’t have LBJ’s genes and the knowledge and mindset the kid knows he’s going to have to have to stick in the league … tutored from Pops and seen first hand his whole life. Exactly the same in those regards as Gigi had from Kobe.

I don’t know Bronny so I can’t comment on his mindset or knowledge. But athletically speaking he is top shelf, his lateral quickness pops, people aren’t getting by him, but he can blow by anyone. He can jump into the clouds and he has really strong second and third efforts.

However, all of that doesn’t matter if he isn’t actively leveraging it. He doesn’t do that a lot and he isn’t aggressive in using his athleticism… yet. I believe he has the raw tools to be a really excellent defender. That’s my hope.

Bronny has a rich kid syndrome, he should study the Mamba Mentality which made Kobe overcome that.

That is a very unorthodox form..I wonder why they wouldn’t correct it. I guess if he’s making them?

I'm guessing with all he has been going through to get back on the court that is an off-season project. Adou is going to be important for us. He fits the mold of who we need without trading for anyone. Just let him develop through the regular season with patience. Time now will benefit us come playoff time. No ceilings or floors or he is just a rook, let's just see what we got.

Shot can use a little work, common for rooks.

What's most impressive is he's currently filled out as a big NBA SF build wise. With Bronny, we're hoping he grows a couple inches, puts on some mass and fills out to a squint and maybe there's a Marcus Smart lite there. With Adou, there's zero wish casting needed size wise.

He seems to know how to use his athletic size as well. Doesn't appear to be one of those Tom Hanks in Big scenarios where his size came to him overnight and he's figuring it out.

Speaking of size and hoping maybe Bronny has a little growth left in him for his sake, did anyone else think Max Christie looks a bit taller now?

He looks the same size, but the confidence in his shot has greatly improved and that corner three is landing.
Maybe someday he can find his way back here cause it’s hard watching another player we developed shine for the other team.
