I didn’t even look at the trade proposals being discussed but this kind of is how things seem to work for us.

I’m shocked, it’s almost like he’s just not quite an NBA player

Luka starting the season with 200 points in his first 5 games, just under a couple of Wilt Chamberlain seasons, looking slim and athletic, beating Wemby and S.A. This is not just a stellar start to the season this is a FELONY. I think he is trying to get Nico KILLED for trading him. So much fun to watch our flashy, ultra competitive assassin.

Don’t ever post a picture like this mocking this man. He’s L.A. gold. He’s L.A. royalty.

    Please.
When he has multiple 40/20 games in a season and does that throughout a playoff series, then, and only then can you mention Ayton and Shaq in the same sentence.
    Currently, he’s nowhere near Shaq.

insane dropoff. he's only 31 but this is like a Dwayne Wade decline. A 30 ppg NBA scorer 4 seasons ago. Maybe these SG's built like Brinks truck with explosive athleticism just go downhill fast

I got the cred as probably the earliest and biggest purchaseer of Ayton island stock but I just don't think it worth reading and responding to this stuff. It's not enough to just be happy that he's playing like a top 10 center in the league

If he wanted to paint his hair neon pink with chartreuse stripes, it would be OK with me, as long as he keeps playing this way!!
    It worked for Rodman!

I don’t care what nobody says Ayton is playing like a beast. And he’s putting up Shaq numbers. We don’t have to compare.

but we can have a conversation. He’s controlling the paint. Give the man some credit. I’ve never I repeat I’ve never seen anybody do that to Wembyana. He looked pedestrian. That man went at him. And that man was not intimated.

last man I saw do that was Shaq against Yao Ming. And Wembyana is an alien.

Ayton has consistently been putting up numbers. He loves being a Center. He says he’s a Center and identifies as a Center. Putting up numbers. 24-10 25-10 29-10

He’s doing the job. Alley oops. He’s active. And he’s playing with a passion.

He doesn’t have to be Shaq. But he’s doing more than we ask. I only wanted 15-10 but he’s getting 20-10 a very hard 20.

I never wavered. I said he would get 20 points and 10 rebounds playing with these guys like Luka. Give me some credit.

    don’t just yell.

He’s a number 1 pick. Shaq was a number 1 pick. This was expected.

you think we weren’t getting any production putting Luka with Ayton?????

    two number 1 picks.

Shaq was a large man here.

But Shaq on Orlando was 7,1 295 of muscle.

Ayton is 7,0 270 lbs. of muscle. He’s in shape. And he’s a skilled player who can go inside with athlecism

Shaq had freekish Athleticism. We know that. 1-1 he played with Penny and Kobe so the games complimented him perfectly.

I see similarities with Luka and Ayton. Their games complement because Luka is going to bring you out and it frees up Ayton.

as somebody who was at game 7 in row 9 the alley oop from Kobe to Shaq happened because Kobe was consistently knocking down the mid range jumper in the comeback. Scottie was on it. Everybody thought Kobe was taking that shot. The shot freed up the alley oop for Shaq.

same thing with Luka that step back is going to bring so many defenders out that it will free Ayton up for the alley oop. I saw it all off season and put in my descriptions post. Read them. Before Ayton and Doncic even stepped on a court together.

You saw Ayton running the same thing with Reaves. His ability allows that.
