...and hasn't played a game in the NBA at either position. He'd get killed most nights at center btw. Offensively having him play big minutes at the PF in the case of an injury puts another defender in the lane unless he can prove he can shoot the J. Too many unknowns with him for me to say he'd be a viable replacement in the PF rotation if someone got injured.
Nance is behind both Randle and Bass in the power forward rotation. If he's forced to play minutes it won't matter if he's ready or not because he's all we have. If he's not ready for power forward, he's even less prepared for small forward but we have a solid rotation there with Kobe, Young, and Anthony Brown.
Not even Josh Smith can stand it in Houston... I think those rumors that Harden wants out at the end of his deal sound more and more realistic every day.
How do the Clippers have the money for Josh Smith? He take a huge discount? If so, I guess playing with Dwight isn't as "fun" as advertised.
^^ I think Upshaw and the Lakers "agreed" to a deal, but it hasn't been officially signed. Maybe they're looking at a trade to open up an extra roster spot. That way we sign Upshaw and pickup a backup pg or something.
Maybe Smith wanted to be closer to his other best friend in Rajon Rondo who's up north playing for the Kings now.
Where are the articles saying "The Houston Rockets have failed once again. This the 2nd consecutive year they have failed to recruit any big free agents" and "No one goes to Houston because no one wants to play with Dwight Howard"
It goes without saying so the media lets it slide. I mean really if Dwight can't keep his best friend around, then Harden must be half way out the door already.
Probably. Russ/Lou JC/Jabari Kobe/Swag Randle/Bass Hibbert/Black and those few 3rd stringers ala Sacre and rookies who won't play too much.
