    Luka in peak shape is going to do fine on D covering the types he should be covering IMO to not be looked at as just a one way player. Not at 26 year old LBJ level of course.

    Right, he can defend players his size and larger, but 26 year old LeBron could guard 1-5, it’s not even close. Luka is better offensively, can shoot from anywhere, but LeBron was an actual 2-way player. Luka CAN defend, but he’s not a 2 way player, let’s not kid ourselves. That matters in the types of players you have to have next to Luka at this age vs the types you had to have next to LeBron at the same age, and going all in means different things.

    That 3rd year option keeps the pressure on the FO, to keep a championship contending roster on deck, for the next 3 seasons. Huff is going to have more power around here, than Rich Paul. We'll probably add a couple more of his clients by then.

    How do you know? I have zero concept for how Walter will run this team, other than he will likely build a better infrastructure, because that is what he did with the Dodgers. I really have no idea how he worked the recruitment channels. For all I know, he brings players in for the Dodgers by working with the agents. ?????????? Until Walter actually shows some tangible work with the Lakers, I will not really assume I know much about him.
