feels like that report may have some confusion. like, it's clear he's going to sign, they looked at the biggest number it could be and assumed it would be that, maybe not understanding that he can make more overall by signing a shorter, smaller deal.

i'm expecting the 2+1 or whatever it is, though i wouldn't be shocked by him just signing the whole thing. these european guys are different, culturally. like, he knows he already has more money than he'll ever be able to spend, and there's not much to be gained by making things more complicated.

Yeah, I didn't drive anywhere. I walked and biked. Biked up mountains, ate hills for breakfast, etc etc.

Then when I came back, lockdown. Messed up the routine, found a wife, had to work graveyard shift, etc etc.

But I just resettled in Tagaytay, and the gym is now operational. Watch out Bron!

lots of good stuff here, but this was encouraging to me:

i remember when i was in my early 20s, and my metabolism slowed down a bit but i still sort of lived like i did when i was an athlete. and i still worked out and played sports, but just not at the level i did before. i thought i could just eat and drink junk and as long as i was active, i'd be ok. i wonder if luka had a similar experience. it wasn't until i was about luka's age that i started thinking more about what i ate and whether i slept, etc. (mostly thanks to meeting my wife, probably). but anyway, i can remember in my late 20s just being like...i feel better than i used to.
