Tatum is in wheelchair and it's not Paul Pierce wheelchair
Tatum went down after a non-contact injury and was unable to put any weight on his right leg while being helped off the court

Looks like he's following in Kobe's footsteps, looks like Achilles injury.

Was that an Achilles? Could be the end of this C Bags era considering the luxury tax bill that's about to them

Did the Lakers really need to rescind that Williams trade: sigh.

It is definitely the end of thier era, regardless of his injury. I'd feel bad for the guy if its Achilles.

bron and reaves were hurt, and i'm still not convinced luka was 100%. i don't think we were winning four rounds this year.

i thought there was no way the C Bags could have such great injury luck two years in a row, but i didn't think it would be tatum (who's been quite durable) that went down.

they needed that ring last year. with holiday and horford getting way up there and their salaries skyrocketing, there wasn't a dynasty brewing or anything.

C Bags were going down regardless at the time of the injury but definitely feel bad for Tatum. He was on a freaking heater to keep the C Bags in it - sad way to go down.

Luka definitely looked off his entire Laker tenure so far except for that Denver game. That step back game was completely non-existent at times including against the Wolves so I probably have to agree with you - still the Williams trade make planning for next year a lot easier. You can focus on picking up a POA defender and scoring point guard

the knicks had adjusted and kept him from getting isos on robinson, so the well had already dried up. but yeah, he hit some big shots ahead of that. but the game was over, imo.

boston still had a shot in the series, but even that was going to be in doubt when you need three straight. so the narrative will be that the tatum injury decided this game and the series, but it's possible neither is true.

Nobody is coming back from down 3-1, without their best player.

That was a great 4th Q. Knicks had their guys really step up. Brunson hit some monster shots. Bridges had 10 in the 4th. Knicks being relevant is good for basketball.

Hell of a game, but if that's what it looks like Boston is done done. Next season too. They were already going to have to unload some but if he's out most of next year it's legit over for them.

Well, if it's Achilles, then he's definitely out most of next year. It's a horrible injury.

    Everyone says it's Achilles.
And C Bags about to start paying Brown and Tatum 60 and 70 million per year

I feel really bad for Tatum, but not for the Boston fans.
I will always like Tatum, because he was a Kobe disciple.
I think the Knicks lose this game if Jayson doesn’t go down- they had no clue of how to even slow him down.

Feel bad for Tatum but in no way it should diminish what Knicks were doing. They were on a 11-2 run and had gotten their biggest lead of the game of 9 points with less than 3 minutes to go. Knicks weren't gifted anything and were well on their way to a win when Tatum went down

If Tatum has torn his achilles, Boston blows it up, Porzingis and Holiday were probably out.

I wonder if instead Horford just retires, and they trade Brown for draft picks, young players and tank next year for a high pick as Tatum will probably miss the whole season.

    Holiday
    White
    -
    -
    Porzingis

Isn’t getting you far. Especially if they sit Holiday and Porzingis for 30 odd games over the year.

Wild way to close the door on a potential dynasty.
