They should implement a rule that if a team loses by 40 in two successive games, the loser is knocked out- series over.

we would have fired presti twice before we got to this point. to build okc's team you need a LOT more patience than lakers fans have. and even so, the bill for okc is coming due again soon, and they're going to have to bust up the team again.

i also think boston beats them pretty easily in a series, which makes me sad.

Who is Tye Jerome.? He absolutely kills Miami from 3 and it's his 1 st playoffs career game.
P.S. he scored like 20 of 25 points by whole Cavs in 4 quarter

Rockets look as fraudulent as expected. Jalen Green with 7 points on 3-15 shooting, VanVleet with 10 on 4-19. The West is truly wide open, I don’t care how much OKC won by I don’t trust them either,

I want to trade for a starting C who's a vertical threat with some defensive ability (like Claxton) and sign this guy as the pitch change backup

it's weird because he basically languished for 4 years, and this year he shows up and is like, starting caliber from day one. not sure how to price that in FA.

His per 36 numbers are comparable to AR. He could shoot and pass.

I have always wanted Aquaman, but he seems to have trouble staying healthy as he ages. I'd probably risk it though.

On his prior contracts or even the one he's currently on, I'd pause. But for the TPMLE, I roll those dice without hesitation. With role and some DNP-CDs, missing injury time wouldn't be as big of a concern...just as long as he's healthy for when it really matters. He's played 4 of the past 5 seasons and averaged 58 games in those years. He needed a season like this one to lower the expectations of starting (only started in 3) and lower minutes (14 MPG), which in turn + injuries should reduce the asking $. If you can get him as the smart/brute force/change of pace/screener/rebounding force vet for $10m over 2 years, sign me up!

Should have. I think they're afraid of losing the name at the top of the poster. And that's why I predicted they'd postpone moving him, just glad there's no chance we get in on that trade now that we have Luka. Headline names are few are far between in Atlanta, a sports city that you already struggle with filling seats of people wanting to see the home team and not the visiting team. Had they moved him last summer, they could've tried to get in the mix for one of the franchise players headlining this draft. Instead they float in mediocrity for another year. I like Daniels and Okongwu. Too soon to tell with Risacher. He's a finalist for ROY, but I think it was too much of a mixed bag to see if he's going to live up to the slot he was taken in. Outside of that, I'd move it all. Johnson at $30m a year in a rebuild probably doesn't make sense either especially with Johnson, Daniels and Risacher all having a very similar physical profile. If they come off Trae and Johnson in cap friendly trades, their cap sheet looks really good. Just a matter of convincing someone to sign in Atlanta, which historically hasn't gone well either.

I've seen Houston thrown out as a possibility. If the rest of their playoff run continues to be this stagnant, then they have to do something drastic offensively -- whether that's KD or Trae.

Not a great resume for Fields

For his replacement, I've seen Brand being floated as an early possibility.
