Sorry Kawhi … I had to like You being physically in trouble already apparently …. because of your Snake act toward the Lakers in the summer of 2019.

Which STILL by the way nothing has come out from the NBA looking into the under the table stuff alleged by a Clippers employee who was there when it all went down.

Kuzma has never been a great player, but with us he was at least trying on both ends. Since his time in the wilderness with the Wizards, he’s just not a very good player.

Was nice to see the full Westbrook experience in about 10 mins. Clutch 3 he has no right hitting, missed 2 wide open 3’s, gets crucial offensive rebounds, can’t finish at the rim at all, makes a boneheaded turnover, seals the game with a defensive play. Just a roller coaster and glad we don’t have to deal with that anymore.

The nuggets are in such a weird position. They have the worlds best player and two pretty good do it all players in Aaron Gordon and Braun. But their two other max guys in Porter Jr and Murray are just totally killing them. They’ve got to really shake that team up and trade both of them. If I was them I’d try to get KD and some other decent guard.

    Jokic
    KD
    Gordon
    Braun
    DeVincenzo?

They can trade Murray for KD straight up, but unless you add draft compensation, why do the suns do that?

This isn’t the last iteration of the Jokic nuggets we’ll have to face. Jokic is only 30, he has another 5 years of this level imo. Gordon is 29 and Braun is 24. They can retool around that nucleus and have about 100 million in salaries to trade in Murray (50), Porter (38), Nanji (8) and Saric (5).

They have to make the same realization we did. Our main guys couldn’t get it done anymore and you have to do something big to maximise your generational player. If Jokic finishes his career with 1 ring it’s a disaster. He at least deserves 3 for his level of dominance that will be MVP level play for 10 years.

Why did they keep Len? Jemison at least you could have thrown out there to get some rebounds and change the tone of the physicality

Yes I realize Jemison ain't winning this game but at least send a message you ain't going down soft for the rest of the series. Freaking McDaniels was bully balling the Lakers at points

This may be recency bias after the game last night, but Naz Reid would be a good free agency target for the Lakers to fill the center position.

Is he attainable with the MLE or has he played himself into a much bigger contract?

0% chance unfortunately. He had a PO for $15m, if he was available for the MLE, he would just stay and not opt out.

I think he'll get in the $20-25m a year range.

About 50 points. That's... embarrassing, to put it mildly.

This OKC team has zero flaws.
They have enough to beat either C-Bags or the Cavs.

Can they put the mercy rule in for this series? Grizz would've been better off calling in sick.

Well, OKC has an actual frontline of Chet/Hartenstein. Beastly. The team plays offense, defense, they have a great star leader; they are good at shooting the ball, hitting FTs (and getting to the foul line)... I mean, they are hard to beat with the quality and depth they have.
