Minnesota does have an imposing front line including their reserves. Our offense can be overwhelming if clicking on all cylinders. 6 is what I have us in but 7 is not out of the question.
I would be shocked if the Lakers lose this series. I expect it to be competitive, but this is not the same Wolves team that ran through the West last year (until they ran into Luka’s Mavs). Gobert always struggles when he ends up matched up against a Luka team because he inevitably gets pulled away from the basket and we know he’s a liability when he’s on the perimeter. Randle has always struggled in the playoffs. I think they’ll have a great time defending our small ball lineup. Antman is still great and they have a great three point shooting team so I’m not expecting it to be an easy series, but I have a hard time seeing them beat us 4 out of 7. The Lakers should be the clear favorite given they have Luka and LeBron and how well our defense has been playing down the stretch. I have LA winning in 6.

Did this team forget that it was the playoffs? LeBron and Reaves basically decided to not show up until after the half and the rest of the role players couldn’t hit anything.
Well that was an a** kicking across the board. Lakers looked small in the court. Need to run some offense not just hoping Luka magic every single possession. Huge mistake just leaving shooters open for no reason. On a break don't lose track of guys at the 3 point line. Why shade to help when someone like Randle is trying to post up Lebron. Gang rebound you can't be slower to the ball and be the small team as well
1) AR and Bron were trash 2) Soft team besides Vando 3) You need to guard Reid off the ball , he's the key to the series and Lakers keep treating him like he's a bad 3pts shooter
On the flip side, Randle, McDaniels, and Reid being hot from 3 at the same time is not sustainable lol
Bad loss, but it’s not like Bron or Luka haven’t been here before. Hell we lost game 1 to Portland in the bubble. I do think this isn’t the best matchup for us, but I also think we still win the series, Reaves has to be better, Rui has to be better, Bron has to be better, and the bench has to give us more.
Luka showed up, the team didn't. I expected them to be able to take away Austin, but Bron has to level up. The supporting cast has to remember this is the playoffs. If you're not going to make 3s, then you f***ing better defend and rebound like there is no tomorrow. Reid will continue to average career highs against us. He's the center version of Troy Hudson. It's a Wolves tradition. But I don't think the rest of their guys will keep torching us from 3. Also. Bron got a bad whistle all night.
