    I called my neighbor to get their gardener's phone number .... couldn't even wait till he does their house next week to get the inside scoop on this from what the Lakers actually know about it.     booth's made some very poor choices, but i think he was also under luxury tax mandates.

    this is the second time a team has fired malone despite success, so my guess is that behind the scenes he's every bit the sweetheart we think he is.

    Malone comes off as someone who is miserable when things don't go his way. Just the tone and personality he brings, I can see how it eventually annoys people around him.

    Nuggets made a huge mistake not retaining KCP, IMO. He was far more important for them than they realized. Personally think Murray and MPJ are overpaid... I can see the Nuggets getting KD in the offseason. Murray and picks for KD makes a ton of sense for both sides.

    And his game ages well. Could easily see Jokic playing this way until at least age 35. Luka and Jokic are best buddies as well! Luka+Jokic+Reaves would run this league for the next decade!

    That's true, I would have liked to see JJ & this Lakers team absolutely crush Malone. We would have (and still will if we face them) beat them down this postseason just like on Feb 22 imo.

    On the other hand, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! This has to be one of the funniest ways for that smug prick to get kicked to the curb 1 week before the playoffs.

    This could be good for the Nuggets. Adelman may very well be a better coach than Malone. I'm so glad we got JJ, but Adelman was a solid consideration at the time. Cranjis really likes him as well.
