He's definitely been able to play for a bit if he looks like that in his first outing. I don't think he was comfortable coming back until he was able to go full speed. Sure his conditioning will need work to get him back to 20+ mpg but the activity and speed were exactly where he left off before the injuries. As good of a season debut as you could hope for.

Vando + DFS lineups are a lot of fun

I know some still want him traded but not I- would be depressed for awhile if this happens.

He's so amazing when he plays, such a unique player. One can only hope that he's able to stay healthy, he completely changes this team

glad that it looks like jj has other offensive plans aside from "park him in the corner".

he's a unique player. he has a decent handle and some passing ability. using him as a screener is the right idea, imo.

With him and DFS, we can possibly revert back to our 2020 identity.

I would be content with the usage he got in this game. With 2 stints in Q2 and Q4. If we have that every game, we are at least 10% better.
I rather have that every game than trying to increase his load and lose him before the playoffs.

agree here, too. full-blown vando for like 12-16mpg is maybe all we need to change the complexion of many games. especially coming off a long absence.

His energy really changed the game. They got it within 2 and he kind of just helped right the ship.

    I missed Vando so much.

How can you take risks for steals and play aggressive defense like Cam, but also still contain your man like Max and DFS? lol

    He’s so freaking good

He's one of a kind really. Type of player that his value doesn't relate to his trade price nor his contract money. A superstar in his own role.

He's so disruptive. He played 2 stints in each game and in every single one he gets a steal or off reb. If nothing else, he disrupts other players' thoughts. Every dribble or pass around him and you start second guessing. Every rebound around him is a tough one. You're always on edge, he makes you uncomfortable just for being in the court.

I think if he's healthy, you can't trade him. No way you get similar value put there. So you only trade him if you think he's damaged goods, meaning you get a playable player out of it. So it's a win-win.

    Stay healthy my man!

With Jared’s upper body and willingness to push Bridges right back while annoying the **** out of him and denying the ball …. we just got our second likes to “mix it up” ;) guy in less than a month. Two wonderfully “needle moving” acquisitions.
