He knows where that comment was directed.

To your point, I'm disappointed in a lot of Rob's decisions too, but he has a shot at saving this campaign Imo

Yeah and nobody goes 82-0. So if they were playing like that all season, we wouldn't be having this chat.

Well hell..I thought you said that the coach was the problem, and Denver was a budding dynasty? We lost series to teams, when we were legit title contenders, in every era too. The other team is allowed to play as well.

Lebron at 35 ain't the same at 40, but I haven't thrown in the towel just yet. You can take your premature victory lap, all you want today. We shall see how it ends up.

excuses as usual. it's ok to admit that having a deep bench matters a lot. if you had watched tonight's game, you'd know that

How can you have a deep bench with Reaves, Hayes,Wood and Vanderbilt out? Who in the hell has that? Not Denver

What are you saying? Your GM should have picked better players?

    compared to

any other team would have won tonight if they had two players put up the numbers lebron and AD did. but the hawks depth made all the difference. and lol @ bringing up hayes, woods, and vanderbilt. vanderbilt hasn't played in a year+ and hayes/wood are garbage

They are on the damn team taking up roster spots aren't they? Again what are you saying? Your GM needs to pick better players? Do empty jerseys play in games?

Furthermore, you are contradicting yourself, with the deep bench jazz aren't you? You crowned Denver a budding Dynasty, when they only played 8 players.

just love pointing out how you constantly brushed off any posts about the importance of a deep bench and remained adamant about this team being a surefire title contender for as long as lebron/AD play at a high level, only to watch them get their a**** kicked by denver in round 1

watching them lose tonight despite AD/lebron putting up MVP caliber performances because of how much better the hawks bench was reminded me of that

Context matters doesn't it? I said that after the chip season. And both guys were hurt for most of the next two seasons. If Lebron was 35, you might have more of a point. I remember pointing out that superman, wasn't exactly superman anymore, and we needed another impact player, but that part missed you I guess.

Lol..so you come back 4 years later with this ^^^^?..

Again you keep ducking the irony, of touting a deep bench, while crowning a Dynasty that only played 8 players.

haha, don't try to act like you weren't posting that same nonsense before they lost to denver last season. it was always "the lakers win the west as long as lebron/AD are healthy" coming from you. bench? who needs that? and what "impact player" could they realistically trade for?

not sure why you keep bringing up crowning denver as a dynasty. who did that?

YOU did that. Now what I actually said was role players come and go, the superstars are what win Championships. I never said that give me Lebron, AD and some rec league guys, and we can win Championships.

Post this comment I made last season about winning the West as long as Lebron and AD were healthy.

There are plenty impact players then and now. Kyrie Irving was one, Vucevic is one now. But they aren't the only ones at all.
Conversely if Tinkerbell was the impact player some folks thought he could be, we would have won a championship instead of getting swept in the WCF.

I'm confused now, because if you aren't the one that crowned Denver a budding Dynasty, what the hell has this conversation been about? Killing time?

SMH.Damn it's just weird as hell, that every time I blow that dog whistle, to jerk your chain specifically, you come running on demand. That's an amazing coincidence.

when did i say that? post it here and i'll gladly accept that i did

here you go. and this is just one out of a million posts you've made arguing this same thing ad nauseam. i'm pretty sure everyone else here can attest to that. bench? nope, doesn't matter. defense? nope, doesn't matter

like i said, i got a good chuckle looking at the box score and seeing how badly the lakers bench got outplayed. naturally, it reminded me of how you would constantly argue that nothing aside from a healthy lebron/AD mattered when it came to winning a title

actually, you're the one who came running to me. get your facts straight. my original post referenced your overplayed "healthy lebron/AD" argument and you took the bait like i figured you would. hilarious
