    To be fair Lin never had to agree with us on a sign and trade. But yeah, I'm the first one to want to rip the Clippers. What would we do if the Hibbert trade is impacted??

    I'd be interested in hearing what the league has to say about this. Legally there is a precedent for verbal agreements being binding. I'd actually love to see Cuban go outside the NBA to court with this one. There is a significant impact to his business associated with this and it probably wouldn't be a stretch to show some significant damages.

    I'm sure the NBA is working overtime to do damage control and keep all this in house however.

    As for Cuban going after Hibbert. If Indiana gets a better offer from Dallas and we don't have a commitment then shame on us.
