Hey look! Coaching matters! Lakers have done a great job pairing the HC with a rookie who matches their skillset JJ and DK: elite shooters Ham and JHS: bums who shouldn't be in the league.

Clearly Reddick is just a natural at this some stuff - I wonder if being in media kind of helps JJ as he really knows how to use the media in a way that is meaningful but not derogatory to the team. The whole Dlo praise which was really insightful on a historic night for Knecht is some savvy Phil Jackson like zen moves here.
