Makes sense and helps a little to mitigate any, if there is any, hangover from the extra competition at the Olympics for AD and LeBron.
i was saying to my dad how quiet the nba news has been considering camp starts next week. normally, we're like 75 deep in stories about guys in the best shape of their lives and ready to dominate.
DO IT ! DO IT NOW ! That’s how C bags won! 2 first rd picks for jrue /Smart https://x.com/mcten/status/1839036001588765102?s=46&t=qYxr1PJqTAqeoi3qGnl-Cg
nothing's changed. we're ALWAYS willing to do that. jerami grant is not how you sustain laker excellence. my eyes are on evan mobley right now. cleveland probably moves jarrett allen first, but they're hurting mobley's value by not building around him. i'd like to make a huge offer for him as a gamble that he becomes what i think he can be.
There was no need for camp because the only unfamiliar player is Dalton. JJ probably wants a more formal setting to be the intro to establish his culture for the squad. Bron wants the rest after Team USA. Bron doesn't want his son in Vegas.
I think it's normally the leaders of the team who set up stuff like this in advance and do bonding and team building. If you played in the Olympics, you are NOT going to shorten what little time you have off if you are high mileage and have little to no shot at a title.
The Great White Hype was a fun Wayans movie. I like how Wayans would psyche himself up for fights by watching Dolemite Love scenes.
i love that movie more than most people i've met. peter berg is awesome, sam jackson, jon lovitz, and of course the wayans guys (foxx, damon). we watched it over and over in college and quoted it all the time.
Yes, it is very good. I had to track down the DVD about seven years ago. Most of the quotable stuff is almost 'unquotable' these days if you don't know the context.
