Give it a shot! I get no royalties for it, but I have the book, and I've used it to eliminate some knee pain I had. Or just Google "supple leopard" or "mobility WOD." Your body will thank you.

There's a lot to do that can help you. I always recommend yoga for people who aren't really trying to get in some sort of shape, but are looking for a healthier and more vibrant feel. :)

I'm sticking with whoever came up with Larry Johnson + ball handling skills.

That is more in line... Did read that somewhere. Randle though is a hair or two faster and can explode off the jump.

I'd say closer to Barkley without the elite rebounding and hops. But Julius is taller. Malone couldn't handle in the open court like Julius. Then again I doubt Barkely was that good in the open court with the ball either. Randle with better handles and more moves?

Reading all the physicality Randle is dishing out make me think of the Karl Malone comparison. But yes, he does have good ball handling skills. Malone did not have to handle the ball...he had "Don" Stockton's twin finding him.

he's crazy, I like that part :). Seems like Upshaw, the defensive specialist, is already a litle scared of Randle :punch:

Yeah that's a good point. He definitely has the flying elbows of Malone. Remember when he busted that dude's nose in Summer League last year?

While I am greedy and would want to see him out there as much as possible, I fully understand this.

Lots of articles going around about his leg injury - had a bump on the leg that the staff knew about, he didn't tell them about the pain, and then it broke; he said it wasn't a fluke. Athletes continue to not only overtrain but to train poorly (see the Hibbert video). When you train improperly, when you have bad technique, you set up your body for failure. Young bucks need to learn.

You sir are so ridiculously correct. Overtraining is almost as rampant a problem as undertraining... Well maybe not that bad. There's a LOT of undertraining!
