    It would be a better fit for him and us. He's definitely athletic enough.

    He would have an advantage against these undersized 6'6 SF's in the devision.

    Tobias Harris 6'9 235lbs
    Taj Gobson 6'9 225lbs

    taj gibson and snell for hill and jeremy lin makes financial sense assuming lin and hill both agree to deals at about $5 million a season starting out....

    With all the plusses on Mitch's side and Ryan reportedly being groomed, but he's not high powered sales guy, a closer....but he's our basketball guy and a good one, what do we do then? Closing in any kind of sales is tough unless you have the gift for it. Do you think with better preparation we had a better shot with Aldridge? Howard never wanted to be here and clashed with Kobe. Melo wasn't leaving the money and NY with LaLa's media gig there, I've read, and Aldridge likely was never going elsewhere than San Antonio with going home, the team they have "now" and Popovitch. Am not understanding "do what it takes to make Lakers realistic options". This past week. Hopefully this time next year the club is looking a HELL of a lot more attractive.

    I think Taj is a PF and PF only, but it's OK because we have Randle and Lance who can play some minutes at SF

    I usually see eye to eye with you but I completely disagree here.

    It wouldn't make sense for us to trade for a PF when we have a GLARING need at SF

    Yeah he is definitely a PF and not SF. If he could play SF, im sure they would play him instead of dunleavy.

    Is there any truth to the chicago rumor?

    What do the mavs have to offer?

    Supposedly chi is interested in a s&t for hill and lin its not known what we would be getting in return

    As for mavs theyre interested in lin but i dont see what they have to offer

    I'd tell the Mavs to suck it. You aren't getting better on my watch, unless they come up with a way to give proper assets back in return.

    From Dallas, I'll take Justin Anderson and Amare. Wanted no part of Amare if he our big signing this summer but as the last big man we're adding for depth, I'll take him.

    One thing thats a positive

    With how the roster looks now we sure as hell look more attractive to FA than we did a wk ago

    And even more so if our rooks play well
