Downside is we would need Suns to lose at Twolves otherwise we are locked into 9/10. If Kings lose this game, we control our path to 7/8
True, and if the Suns win, the Pels will be fighting for their lives against us to hold that 6th spot.
Naa, I think our only path is 8 at best. Sun's can't lose 2 games, it's the only way we tie with them and use the tie breaker
Welp...Suns down 7. If they fall it does make our game against the Pels easier on Sunday. Twolves are paying for something on Sunday so hopefully they beat the Suns as well.
So if the Suns lose and Pels win, we’re in for a dogfight on sunday basically and since they’re on a roll, and we’re not… just not looking fwd to the shellacking? Ugh. How does it shake up come Sunday if Pels win tonight? What’s our motivation, what would be theirs? I haven’t paid enough attn to all of the standings switching the last couple weeks…
If Suns lose tonight Pels are safely in the 6th seed. Then we will need wolves to beat sun's, then we need to beat Pels wo have nothing to play for
Unfortunately our game and the Suns-Wolves game are at the same time.\ So unless the Wolves are blowing out the Suns by 30 at halftime, the Pels will play for their lives.
Nurkic missed FT. Phoenix is up by 1 point.Time out, Sacramento 6 seconds left... But Phoenix survived So Who Lakers are going to play
From what I can tell in the standings…. If we lose to Pels on Sunday… and GSW and/or Kings win their final game, that basically means we slot down to 9/10 at best since both GSW and Kings hold tiebreakers against us, is that right? But if we win, we lock the 8th and give ourselves 2 chances in the play-in?
