Shrug. The Athletic says that Kuminga has lost faith in Steve Kerr.

John Wall is definitely worth a 10 day contract.

Maybe loop in Toronto in the Hawks deal, I'm not sure Hawks have enough assets to outbid Indy for Siakam by themselves.

Just can't see that happening for non basketball reasons. If DLO is the face of your team, you're tanking.

That's the only way I return their call, if they're willing to accept they are going to lose this trade on paper and treat him as a negative asset. Even then, I don't like it but I'm not nearly as against it as I am at the moment.

Yep. If you get AC, a pick and we can include a Hayes-Drummond swap in it then that changes the conversation.

Two timeline approach is officially an epic fail for them

    Wiseman - bust and traded
Poole - got knocked out and traded

They should've moved those picks for whatever vets they could've gotten to help with the window of three of the best players that franchise will ever see.

But everyone tells me that Kerr and Myers are gods of drafting after they got Curry, Klay, and Draymond?

Definitely. Not as deep as that but Jokic hit not 1, not 2, but 3 very deep suckers at the buzzer with AD all over him. (not sure if it was AD all 3 but at least 2 and it was good defense).

and lacob was so damned smug about it, too. everyone was right, you guys were wrong. when curry's done, you're done. see: spurs, san antonio.

they had a nice hot streak. like SA drafting parker and ginobili after duncan. but like in SA, it didn't really extend beyond that.

Guy is amazing. He's clearly the best player in the NBA and he doesn't like basketball that much and he is not in shape.

it's interesting. i mean, he looks out of shape, but he doesn't get beat up and down the floor, can play big minutes, and never gets hurt, so...is he out of shape? if so, does it matter?

I honestly don't know how he does it. He looks like he's about to collapse out there but he plays big minutes, he plays hard, and he plays better than players who clearly have a lower body fat %, so no, it doesn't really matter.

i mean, he's obviously IN shape considering he's in the NBA and doesn't have any trouble keeping up with the best of the best. i remember in the WCF when they were trying to beat him down the court and feed AD and he'd get back in time to guard him. i think it's the way he moves out there that makes it seem like he's gassed all the time. he's not exactly "built" either so there's that too

He's not really out of shape. He doesn't look incredibly cut etc. but he obviously has great stamina, plays heavy minutes, rarely gets injured, and uses that mass to punish people in the paint extremely well. I'd say he's in great shape for how he wants to play. And his efficiency is just crazy. At this point, when he shoots the ball from anywhere, it's very safe to say it will go in.

Waiting for the clip to get snipped from his live show, but he does think that Murray is on the move
