Most of us still think they should sell.

You wanted Jerry to sell after 07? During the championship run?

I'm a David Lee trade away from being 100% committed on not supporting this current FO anymore.

If we take on salary, please be Hibbert. At least he is a defensive center that we can turn around and still hope to keep him long term if he does.

Nothing that's why it's called a salary dump.

    Edit: Sacre and Kelly

Or should we reserve Sacre for a KD trade, considering the FO thinks he's Shaqre.

Despite being slow, awkward, and dumb, Hibbert is the best option now

I really have no idea what we are doing. Sure they may not be all stars, but Davis and Biyombo for about 9/10 million together? Nice value.

Then to hear Koufus is on our "radar". Radar? The C market is pretty much empty.

I'm positive there's more than one team interested in Hibbert and that starts a bidding war. You aren't gonna get him for nothing. There will be a price.

True but for some reason this feels worse.

And unfortunately this time i dont see a "pau" like impact player in our horizon

I've completely lost any type of respect or confidence i had in the Front Office.

Reminds me of the end of the mccourt era when the dodgers were the joke of the league and the owner was forced to sell.

There is NO reason this should have happened. We were in a good position we had kobe coming back healthy, 2 lottery picks with bright futures ahead of them and cap space other teams would desire and what do they do? They crap the bed and embarrass themselves putting in jeopardy not just this season but the future as well since we're the joke of the league.

No one wants to come here and now everyone knows why, we have no laid out plan for the future

If it's between the two LA teams, Doc will prevail.

Also, have to be mindful of teams like Portland and Phoenix, but have a lot of money left and could prevent us from getting one of the handful of remaining players worth nabbing.

Morris ain't moving now LMA in SA. PHX already dumped assets and now look stupid for it.

Kosta isn't a dump to me. He's a legit guy that fits with the young guys we have. That's in a different category of what the Lakers should do at this point. You know the sensical option.

I don't get the frustration on missing DJ and LMA?

They're guys in their prime looking to win. Although neither team are really looked that much more competitive, they were in the playoffs last year so there's that.

We're a team on the rebuild with a bunch of young cats. That's doesn't equate to competitive as much as we put stock into how talented our rookies our.

Objectively looking through those guys' eyes, it's not even a question unless THEY REALLY wanted to play for the Lakers, and that's the only card we have so you can't blame the front office for pulling it.

Tobias Harris was a lost cause once Paul Milsap resigned to ATL. The Magic we're going to match any offer anyway. No use tying up our money in a RFA.

We have to move on and focus on developing our young talent, all the while, finding guys who fit our needs and financial plans.

No need to get our panties in a bunch, we look foolish.

Throw Randle in there too with your untouchables. That was lottery pick blessing #1 and a potential Big 2 or 3 (with Russell and Clarkson) and 2nd alpha dog leader with Russell. Don't know about Clarkson yet. How did Randle get so devalued here right before we get to see likely the best version of him yet in his career on July 10th??
