yea it was from the clippers suns game. they were talking about dwyane wade and van gundy asked jackson about why he has wade as his #2 shooting guard ever. jackson stopped him before he could even finish and said something to the effect of "dont do that to me, we have a guy named michael jordan and guy named kobe bryant before we can even start to talk about wade". They then preceded to talk about kobe briefly which is where/why the "those idiots" quote came about referring to kobe being done
I really have always like Mark Jackson. The dude has never shied away from his support of Kobe. And DAMN RIGHT, MARK! Jordan-->Kobe--------------------> whoever else.
I understand holding Kobe out for the rest of preseason but I was hoping Kobe and Lin can get some time out on the court together. They'll figure it out in practice and the regular season I suppose.

You're right....we have a number of guys on this team that are fun to watch be interviewed because of the straight shooter answers to reporters' questions they give. While looking them in the eye and not treating it like some dreaded ordeal. I really really like everything about Jeremy Lin.
last season was really hard to watch because there wasn't even any Kobe to see...this year, we will at least be entertained by #24 again
So do they even dare putting Harden on Kobe? I dont think they risk getting Harden in foul trouble. Cant wait for Kobe to set the tone and have everybody and their mom hating and dads,kids,grandmas,uncles,drooling after being in awe over being back.
