Porzingis was unable to play in Saturday's game vs Clippers due to a left ankle sprain .Of course he is going play tomorrow and then will miss at least couple weeks
Porzingis (ankle) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Lakers.

 

Don't feel he could consistently hit open 3s in his first NBA stint. I think you get your scouts to see who 3 point shooting numbers have increased relative to when they started

Exactly! Any ideas on who this mystery player might be? I envision a multi-team deal where one of the players we get is Terry Rozier, and we also get an even better player than Rozier coming in.

 

I highly doubt it FO will break up this roster ! They worked so hard to assemble it during off-season. We will ride& die with this team . Besides LeBron is trying so hard to create some kind of chemistry.

 

We looked into getting Bogdanovic and Rozier last season in a multi-teamer, but that could deplete our defense too much. A offense/defense type combo would be batter, with a sprinkling of a back up center. Thinking maybe Shroeder/Trent combo or Shroeder/Bogdanovic. If we get Rozier, there should be a defensive player coming along with him who could shoot and/or a legit back up big.

 

Three team trade:

Lakers get: Shroeder, Bogdanovic, Bagley

Pistons get: Hachimura, Vincent, 2029 Lakers 1st

Raptors get: Russell and JHS

 

PG: Shroeder/Reaves
SG: Reddish/ Christie/ Lewis/ Hodge
SF: Bogdanovic/Prince/ Fudge
PF: James/ Vanderbilt/ Wood
C: Davis/ Bagley/ Hayes/ Castleton

 

I almost forgot!

 

This would be a good trade:

Lakers get: Announouby, Shroeder, and Boucher

Raptors get: Hachimura, Russell, JHS, Christie, and 2029 1st

 

I also could see a combination of Rozier and Trent coming back. Lakers have been linked to both of them over the years. Both of them coming in and a center would be solid. Buy low opportunity on Trent. Rozier having a career year, but he is not the answer for them next to Melo. Charlotte seized the opportunity to sell high. Now, if we could squeeze a center out of it, such as Boucher, or Richards we would be golden imo.

 

not attracted to Rozier personally. Just don't see he would be a big difference maker compared to DLo who as inconsistent as he is, is still a better shooter.

But from a Lakers standpoint I could see the interest. He checks a lot of boxes. Better offensive version of Dennis. Ham loves small players. He could shoot.doesnt turn the ball over.3.5 to 1 asset to to ratio

 

If Rui, Jarred and D'Angelo are playing the way we expected consistently..we don't need to trade anyone. It would be cool to use Gabe for a smaller deal, like we did with Nunn. Other than that, there isn't this huge glaring need.
