0-1 since the Influencer dog joined courtside Needed this one because we have a tough end of December but we didn't match their preparation or energy. The good -AD put in work against the smaller Knicks with their undermanned front court. -Austin for much of the night was the only other Laker successfully getting the ball in the basket. The bad ‐the team. -3 pt shooting. Prince. Reddish and Bron were a combined 5-25 - coaching. Minute distribution was a joke. Didn't have his players ready to go for this one. - defense. Knicks did whatever they wanted on the court. - did a piss poor job on the glass. Hartenstein with 17. Hell even Gibson did as much or more than any Laker not named Bron or AD in only 6 minutes
Beautiful and cool dog but WTF is it doing courtside at a Lakers game with two healthy looking dudes?
Teams take on the personalities of their best player, and this team has LeBron's arrogance. I think they took the IST seriously as a test run for the playoffs, and LeBron/the team saw that when they're actually reasonably healthy and engaged they're a very good team. Knowing they have that ceiling, I think LeBron (and thus the team) may be content to hover around the bottom half of the playoff picture until the trade deadline or even the All Star Break, and then try to make the push into the Top 4. Its annoying, but I think thats how this plays out.
The dog that appeared in the Lakers arena is one of the most famous dogs in the States. He goes by the nickname Brody and boasts 5 million subscribers on Youtube and TikTok. Actually, Brody’s status was achieved due to the fact that his owner calls him either a “service dog,” “therapy dog,” or “emotional support dog.” This gives him the opportunity to carry the fluffy one all over the country, fly him first class on an airplane and produce viral videos with him, including bringing him to the stadium. Pretty sure if he wasn't at Lakers game still nobody knew who he was
Maybe that’ll go quicker and be a better and more comfortable solution for him with a whole new artificial hip rather than screws and metal patching his old bones together. I would think so?
if it makes you feel better, he probably recouped that seat cost and more when he puts that episode onto youtube lol
Yeah, we need a big on this team. Just a big tall brute to rebound and contest shots. How are we playing Rui on Drummond?
The Lakers have only had one high quality lineup where all 5 were threats and weren't complete defensive liabilities: Lebron/AD/Reaves/Cam/Prince. For as much flak as Prince get he was huge in getting the Lakers back in the game. I thought Gabe with Reaves and AD/Lebron looked decent. Game was lost when AD got hurt and Ham took Lebron out for usual break: lineup was terrible Rui, Vando, Reaves, Gabe, Prince. So basically every lineup with DLo and small ball were terrible. Just feels like another game that was winnable even when though the score reads blowout due to really bad play from certain guys and weird coaching decisions
Right: Gabe is back Wrong: D-Lo is 13 for 38 in his last 4 games: that's not from 3, but from the field. Jumped out to a 17 point deficit in the first 15 mins. We play in MIN on a BTB This is the doldrums.
