Oh my god are you out of your mind? (that’s not what I mean … just an emotional response) Or have zero fan attachment? I don’t care how good in the short term …. ring or not (me) …. we have a good squad of players now and especially some special home growns as fans to love again. Sorry no offense but I hate that.

I still think Miles Bridges is a good option. He’s on a 1 year 8mil contract, fills a need and you won’t have to part with a lot to get him.Another guy I would inquire about for a backup C is Day’ron sharpe.A bruising big who specializes in rebounding and on a min contract. Both guys are mid 20’s and if the don’t work out you haven’t sold the farm.

Hard no for me on Bridges. He’s learned nothing from his past offense.

Are you serious? Logically you have to do that deal of it were available. No, I'm no out of my mind. I am a logical thinker, not an emotional thinker. Reaves is my favorite player and I want to see him succeed. I think he could be a more likable James Harden tbh. I really don't want to see him gone. And Reaves and Max are my sons and i favorite players. But with that being said, this is a business. We are not talking about a Westbrook type player with Mitchell. I mean, he actually fits. At the very least he could hit spot up threes at a high volume. We are bleeding in that area.

What about: JHS, Prince, Hayes for AC and Drumm?

Question then if if they're getting a young prospect, what draft compensation do they still require?

That way we could salvage Vincent as a trade chip + other draft stuff for a $10m range player later on.

Hell yes!! But why do they keep suggesting the breathless “Should the Lakers go all in for Zach Levine”. People like even Pincus that should know better. Hell no!!

Vincent and Hayes would match the 13M in salary for Alex and Drum dawg. Is it worth an outgoing protected 1st rd pick? I say go for it!

Drummond’s a Big body for sure to bang against bigs when needed and of course rebounds. And Eagle coming back would be awesome. Losing JHS …. well worth it of course with side benefit of stopping Kareem’s incessant whining about him. ;)

I'd try to keep Jalen by offering them the protected 1st rd pick. I want this chip now! However I would still like to keep my project PG. The chatter around Alex is 2 picks, but that's unreasonable for a 30 year old guy, on a 9M dollar contract IMO. I would offer another 2nd rd pick though.

They want first pick(s) and contributors. I can't see them wanting any part of Vincent's 3 year deal as an asset, especially as a team in transition/retooling/rebuilding. My hopes would be by giving up JHS, that I can put more protections on the pick we'd have to include.

I'd try to drop Gabe later + some seconds for a player upgrade with a similar contract size and length or if we do move DLO at some point, include him in that deal.

Fine by me and one Eagle and 2 birds (banging and rebounding) for one stone/pick hell yeah.

But even without open sore leprosy in his knee why would Bulls want 3 years just signed Gabe??? Hayes expires and no loss here. But they want off salary right?

JHS, Prince and Hayes aren't enough salary to match Caruso and Drummond. That would net Caruso though.

Much as I’d not like it …. to see AC back and the needs Drummond would fill …. would adding Max (or Lewis) to that group fit?

Not enough salary going out. I believe we can't absorb anything over what we send out due to signing a MLE under these new CBA rules.

Yeah but man...I like Max..if I had to give him up too, I'm Iffy on giving them another 1st rd pick, to go along with 2 of my recent draft picks. A couple of 2nds maybe?

Lewis makes less than Max, It depends on these new rules when it comes down to the salary matching. That's why Gabe and Jackson was my offer. I love the idea of Alex and Drum though. That's definitely doable with the right combination of players.

Damn it. In my head was still using the +25% kicker. RealGM pushed it through and I didn't check their math. Usually use fanspo but if it's a trade that can't happen yet (Dec 15th trade restriction) so it won't push it through regardless.

If I understand correctly, the new % is +10% if you're over the first apron and we are.

There's some workable amalgamation there. But I am skeptical of their willingness to take on Gabe unless we give more stuff
