Was going to say, at least it's better than the Suns court - that was so bad.

The court shouldn't be a distraction from the game - I have hard time seeing the player movement and ball movement with the over the top colors and schemes.
Just make a good product in terms of the game and everything else doesn't matter such as how much buzz you create with the court

Guess we'll see tonight but from the pics, our court doesn't look too bad. Hopefully the gold isn't blinding like Chicago or Houston's blinding red

The biggest issue I see is the out of bounds line blends in and that could cause some TOs

Let's get this win tonight! Memphis is struggling, and we can notch our 3rd win in a row. Perfect scenario for a Lakers loss! Lol..prove me wrong fellas!!!

    No thanks.

Heat need a big move since they've struck out on the rest of them.

    noted strategist demarcus cousins.

i'm really hoping this is just standard "throw lakers in...profit" stuff. because i want nothing to do with that guy at that salary. i honestly have little interest in any of chicago's highly paid players. i'm sure lavine, derozan, and vucevic are going to have great auditions against us, but they don't help chicago beat randos on wednesday nights.

Lavine is very talented: he's got the physical tools to be unguardable by a lot of guards and forward but he's got piss poor shot selection and doesn't seem to care about defense.

You'd have to hope for a Wiggins like willingness to give up being the primary focal point and switch his mindset to be of a complementary player - not sure he has that in him

I'm sure they'd want Reaves for Lavine. The best we could offer is Dlo+Rui+ a pick or two. Dont think that gets it done.

I'd like to stick with only making a trade for Caruso myself. I'm interested in how GMs view Austin compared to D'Angelo's value though.

Man I thought that shade of Purple, on the Sun's court was pretty fire myself. Purple is my favorite color.

i'd love caruso, but i don't know if i want to move our unprotected '29 pick, which is what it would take.

reaves' value dwarfs dlos for several reasons, but the biggest is the contract: reaves is locked up at a (worst-case) market price for three years, whereas dlo has a player option on a deal that could be a slight overpay.

dlo's agent was smart in that he can't just be moved as salary filler this year, so he kind of gets de-facto control of his destination (not full control, but influence).

reaves has a TON of value at his contract, imo. not that i want to move him, but doing so would be very easy and would return more than moving dlo by a longshot.

don't move Reaves, or live to regret it more than losing Carushow.

My early season surprises from the standings below:
Note, average margin of victory has traditionally been a great gauge to see who the real contenders are. No surprises in the East, but 3 in the Western Conference were very unexpected by me.

Yes, it's early, but good to see some new contenders and a changing of the guard.

Yeah Minny are really hitting it. They had a few big wins too. Houston is playing nice as well, but I think their ceiling is lower. Both have got really better on defense.

Regarding Reaves, utter nonsense. He's a Laker for life.
But if you even want arguments outside how good he is, his contract is essential for the post-Lebron era because we'll have more room to get a max player while still having a borderline all-star at his salary.
