Harden was the 3rd with more touches (behind Joker and Haliburton), 2nd with most time with ball (behind Luka) last season. He had less pts per touches than Lamelo and Haliburton who played in a horrible team. He's worse than anyone else in the top50

He is just AWFUL

 

Harden doesn’t have to be the main guy, he has always been the main guy, Harden is a nice addition to LeBron / AD . Harden can take the load off of those guys, we have nobody right now who’s really good enough to be the 3rd man up . This team goes as far as LeBron/ AD take em

 

Hopefully Lebron's done with that BS now that his foot is healed. He hasn't done that shot yet so far this year!

 

Russ isn't here and it wasn't his fault that Lebron and AD, only played in 21 games either. Injuries happen, and there hasn't been one single team, that overcame that fact, on the way to a Championship. But I digress...If winning a Championship is the only criteria..then Cp3, Tatum, Brown, Embiid, Butler and Dame..to name a few are also losers. AD, Giannis, Joker and Murray were also "losers" until they won a chip. That narrative is kind of overused. Harden is a piece, he's not the main guy here are elsewhere. Hell yeah I'd take him over D'Angelo in a heartbeat.

Points are all that matters? I guess leading the league in assists is irrelevant for a PG? Sounds like you just have a James Harden problem, it's evidently not all about the basketball. He'll probably end up on the Flippers, and that will be a serious problem..I'm afraid.

 

A few things can be true at the same time:

1. Harden is a great basketball player. He was one of the 20-25 best players in the league last year.
   
   
2. He’s an unreliable playoff performer. He’s had some really good playoff games, but tends to turn in a dud performance in the most crucial moments.
   
   
3. It’s unclear how good of a fit he is for our team from a purely on-court perspective. I do understand the concerns with the half court offense, but whenever he’s played with another ball-dominant player he’s played the role well for a while before deciding he wants to fully run the show again and demanding out. I just can’t see him fitting with LeBron from a basketball or personality perspective. Don’t think it makes sense for us.

I can honestly say if he becomes a Laker, I won’t watch until he’s gone.
His ref baiting and flopping represents all that has been terrible about the NBA for the past decade.
He’s a clown and is as selfish as they come.

 

I just don’t have any interest in Harden.

I would think anyone upset with DLO disappearing in the playoffs will be even angrier at a guy like Harden.

 

yeah, lol. once again, we need to keep the decks clear and ready for when he asks out of dallas (and he will; they're not building around him properly).

i'd probably trade dlo for harden straight up (not preseason dlo, whom i loved, but whatever has shown up in the first two games), but we'd have to add something to get it done in any situation, and that means giving up a useful role player on top of it. nay. as pika's rants capture, i'm not into three stars when the third star isn't actually a star. you waste roster spots and end up playing games like phx did against us, where you hope josh okogie keeps hitting stepbacks or you lose.

 

Water is wet, D LO disappears, Le bron shows up when he wants to. At least Harden is an enigma .

I am getting sick and tired of hearing LeBron could only deliver a fake bubble title because he didn’t have to travel. We are being compared to milkshakes machine at McDonald’s.

Only in laker land will anyone argue that Harden would be better than Lebron in the 4th quarter.
