Yeah but usually he’s really trying to score and not to that ridiculous level. He’d get penalized in a game for that and if Kobe himself was here he’d disgustedly ask AR where his balls are?
yeah, i always split the blame on harden between harden and the league for letting it go on so long. so amazing how when they turned off the tap he became ordinary, right? i'm fine with exaggerating contact if you're trying to finish and you got hit. i don't like foul-hunting instead of intending to score. in the clip in question, reaves is at least trying to score whilst trying to bait the officials. the most egregious sin for me is not even trying to score (e.g., wade, harden, ginobili).
It was a switch, will happen. Not sure how we match up with Phoenix but there will be time for that. If you bring Vando for KD, Prince is out? He's a defensive stopper too Yeah it really got crazy with Harden and Trae. Those games were unwatchable
LOL KD .... yeah you're a lot taller and longer than AR who got switched onto you. Like when Shaq would brutalize Mutumbo in the post with his mass and elbows to the mouth .... and then call him out for not standing in there. It was physics.
I think they were just having fun. Reaves gave a couple friendly pushes before, in a FT and in another play. Just messing around I think
Chandler Parsons was injured more than he played, he's already retired at 35.But he signed some big contracts at that time . Point is Who f***ing careswhat he thinks
Look, if Reaves stays exactly like he is now, that is solid. He is going to get a little better because he is a high IQ player and he will have more experience, which will make him make even better decisions. I would not be surprised if he ended out 20/6/6 but 15/5/5 will work if we have a great team around him. This argument is like arguing that the sky is blue on a clear sunny, no smog day.
lol, did reaves's agent pay parsons to say that or something? anyway, the idea that he has to ball out to warrant a league average contract is hilarious.
Chandler Parsons will always be the luckiest guy in the NBA. Had one good season and then for some reason, consistently was rewarded with absurd contracts despite no evidence that he was worth that type of money. I have no idea how he managed to do it but it still amazes me to this day that he earned over $100 million dollars putting up these numbers: 9/3/2 playing only 160 games... So he made $625,000 per game being a below average player. In regards to his comments, 15/5/5 is nothing to scoff at. That would make Reaves one of the best role players in the league. Manu at his peak was basically a 15/5/5 player on good efficiency. And we all know Reaves is capable of scoring 20 points per game if he wanted to take more shots but his unselfishness means he will likely be capped below that.
Liked the hustle trying to get to the 50/50 balls. Nice job getting to the line. After that, didn't like what I saw. Wasn't aggressive enough, shot was off, looked rusty. I know they've been bringing him along slowly coming off of Team USA play, maybe that was part of it.
Missed a lot of shots he usually makes. Also wasn't aggressive as usually is. Also dudes like Vincent missed him in his good spots He'll be fine.
