Haven't gone through all the comments I missed but caught a bit of Lazenby today.

Cuban gets a total pass for all the bad deals he has done. He literally just ruined a contender by bringing in Rondo.

Huh, I had no idea you had insider knowledge and connections. I'd love to hear who your sources say we are likely to sign, because we do have to put 12 bodies on the roster in order to be an official team.

How about you go find me a good RFA that was able to leave their team when the team had money in the past 10 years and I'll show you my sources. I'll get some sleep while you research that

Nah I'm not gonna be doing that, it does happen, and the past means very little so far in the short free agency period. Legacy, franchise name, don't seem to matter, it's all about who you have now and how much money you can offer, the times they are a changin'. But I will say that there are better and more respectful ways to disagree and argue your points with people here than stating your opinion as a fact, and then telling them to "let that s*** go". I'd take that into consideration if you want to be taken seriously in arguments around here, or even stick around here for a long time.

I'm not mad at the FO for not picking up one of these guys. LMA isn't as good as Gasol now, much less in his prime, and DJ is dumber than a sack of bricks in a coma with brain damage. What I am mad at is that they keep going for these second tier "big names" and they lose out on smaller names who have nearly as big an impact on the game. I wonder if ratings has something to do with it?

    Apologized?

Mitch: Hey LaMarcus we're so sorry for not talking basketball. That was mean of us. Please accept our apology.

I hope that was Ramona's take on the situation, for a lack of better words. We don't need to apologize for s***. We just go in there and do it the right way.

Good lord I hope we are not really that stupid. Our general manager and head coach didn't speak for an HOUR? They should be the most important people in the meeting aside from maybe the owner. I wish this wasn't even reported if it's true, we continue to give the haters more to laugh at every day.

Seems like there was a lot of smoke and mirrors in our presentations and FAs saw right through it.

Despite everything, I still have some faith in Mitch, however I'm starting to sour on Jeanie with some of the info that's coming to light.

At this point, I'm honestly on board for Rondo on a multi year deal. Rondo wants LA, the Kings want Rondo, we want Cousins without giving up multiple young guys. Let Rondo build up his value this season while Russell is still too raw for big minutes, at the deadline or next summer, deal a package built around Rondo for Cousins. If we're out of the running for Tobias Harris, sign Gerald Green. Sign Biyombo or Koufos. Sign KJ McDaniels. We'd have a potential playoff team that definitely gets there once we pull off the trade for Boogie. The next time we meet with top tier Free Agents, the "basketball side" of our meeting is about joining a group of Russell-Clarkson-Green-Randle-Boogie.

Rondo is a cancer. Why in the world would you want that around this young core? Especially if its gonna take away minutes from russell and clarkson?
BIGS and SF's is what this team needs. Not another PG
