This might be it for McGee in the NBA. Honestly surprised he made it this long, he was such a knucklehead in Washington I thought he'd wash out quickly. Huge credit to him for working on his game as the athleticism faded.

Yeah I give him a pass, but wouldn't be surprised if we get him

I liked Biyombo last year in Phoenix, he could play a role for us

Dwight ate up McGee's minutes in the bubble year and then he barely played in the playoffs
Now since then he's barely played at all for several teams - it's over. Really hope he stays far away from the Lakers.

the spurs have vassell and drafted branham and wesley at sg in the past couple drafts, too. they might have wanted to prioritize their development. keldon johnson is the primary sf.

Biyombo is still my pick for the bigs. But I'll take McGee over Wood, my reasons are well documented.

nice to have a coach like spo to take those kinds of risks. miami's had a lot of success with guys who were junk elsewhere.

I think, more than anything else, it's nice to have Jimmy Butler on your team to take those kind of risks.

i'm going to go with spo on that one, too, tbh. butler was a headache at pretty much every stop before this. now he's all kumbaya.

that organization gets folks in line for whatever reason. riley gets a lot of the credit, but i think it's spoelstra, primarily.

this is also why i'm super wary of tyler herro and agree with portland that he's not enough to trade lillard for.

Can't fault Jimmy for the last two stops: KAT + Deng + Semi-dead Rose and Embiid + Fultz + Simmons

guess i'd argue that he could have handled those situations MUCH better than he did.

bottom line, he's been better in miami than he had been elsewhere, which was really my point. it's not him; it's that organization.

no argument there... but he has become a modern day Zo for them, so he now is the voice of Heat.

    Especially since Haslem retired.

I think we're a Top 3 seed. After the trade deadline we made up a lot of that ground without LeBron. Even if one of them is out, we can still win games. Kings are a play-in team this year IMO.

Warriors are basically average team after Durant trade andt hey added Chris Paul who's going to be load managing a lot.

I’m surprised they went all in on bringing the squad back. They seem to have already peaked and are on the downside - for literally all their stars. I think they will be solid, but I don’t see them as contenders for a championship any longer.

They only brought back Dramond back, all others stars including Klay and Wiggins were signed already and they are indeed very average team after Durant trade

The Golden State Warriors have a 151-150 record since 2019-20.

There is absolutely no way the Warriors are going to be a top 3 team this year. Thier contending years are done. They are old and their depth is limited.

They only have a shot if their young stars explode live novas. Not likely.
