Either way, Wood or Biyombo at this stage in FA is a win for us. I'd prefer Biyombo, but getting a big who can get buckets and spread the floor wouldn't be horrible either.

What I respect about Wood is his grind from undrafted, bouncing around the D-League, small contracts, and eventually becoming an above average player who should make solid impact in the right situation.

Because they couldn't play Bismarck against Denver. He avg 14 min a game for 2 regular seasons in Phoenix. 10 min a game in the playoffs. That's not an impact player.

IMHO, they ought to just abandon every department and everything else they do.

So I had followed the original droppingdimes20 and also set notifications on for whenever they tweeted.

Got a notification from this OG account today, something along the lines of “Wonder if Siakam likes the city where Quavo and Lil Baby are from” (which is Atlanta by the way)

They immediately delete the tweet/deactivate the profile so I can’t show it, I think they want to stay on the down low and only giving these scoops to those who already had notifications on. Will be interesting if Siakam does end up getting traded to Atlanta soon

Point being though, since they do still have access to their original account, I’m skeptical of all the other “droppingdimes” accounts that have popped up on Twitter.

Anything is possible..I saw something about Siakam and Van Fleet not feeling the young guys in Toronto. That Van Fleet was especially vocal about his displeasure. LOL..wait until he gets to Houston.

And i want to date young Thandie Newton or Eiza Gonzalez. Blazers shouldn't send him to a team with the best package. They should send him to the biggest hole possible. I don't know, Detroit or something.

Scoot and Sharpe are watching. Closely.

Not moving him to the Heat if there's a better offer is one thing. Saying F the best player they've ever had just cause is awful management without zero forward thinking. I really don't see them going that route. If they could land players or were historically a destination city for players, maybe you can afford to be that brash. This is f***ing Oregon. No one is ever going to pick to go there.

Agreed. IF it's not Miami, they should at least put him in a damn good situation.

    Stein on Siakam
Really curious as to what Indy is attempting to build in their front court. I'm just not seeing the minute distribution available.

I think Jarace Walker is probably going to Toronto in a Siakam trade, maybe Nembhard too. Haliburton/Mathurin/Brown/Siakam/Turner would be a pretty fun lineup tbh, I'd definitely watch my share of the Pacers on League Pass. Hield and Toppin off the bench. Toppin always looked best in NY as a small-ball 5 anyway.

No one will anyways. There has to be a franchise with balls big enough, to stand up to a player. When AD asked for a Lakers trade, we came up with a sick package (really hard to beat by other teams). Dame and his Miami love, forces Blazers to take crap from the Heat just to make him happy and "look good" around the league? Screw that.

eh, nobody has ever chosen Portland anyway. All scoot has to do is not sign a huge extension, and he’ll be fine. Can’t stress enough that Dame could have just walked out, but he wanted the big bag and talked a big game. No way I ship him for what Miami can cobble together.

I think that’s Portland’s thought here. They are never going to be a prime choice for free agents so might as well hold on for a better offer which I do think they can get.

Pops shut Boston down too though. The C Bags were viewed as the team having, the best package of talent and picks. The media hype was all Boston, until Pops said kill that noise. If he doesn't go where he wants to go, you are only getting a 1 year rental.

So..AD definitely muscled his way out of New Orleans, straight to the Lakers. I still feel like we didn't have to give up, as much as we did in that trade.
