    he'll only stay on as coach for the duration of the contract if the spurs become title contenders. if they're still a bubble team after a few seasons, he'll probably step down but stay on as president

    weird that there have been no rumors of us resigning Tristan Thompson

    he looked in shape in the few minutes he played and would give us some much-needed veteran presence in a young roster apart from Lebron

    But in this article, McMenamin does bring up Christian Wood as a target.



    Also seems like that would rule out Javale since we don’t want someone with same skillset as Hayes

    We'll see. He's not my first choice, but I suppose we could do a lot worse. He can put the ball in the basket. I hate blowing leads with LBJ hits the bench so maybe we could use a little more of that.

    Christian Wood is like one of the best bad team stat padders. I guess he's worth a shot for the minimum, but I won't be surprised if he also didn't pan out here. His defensive ability is nonexistent.

    Meanwhile, NBA summer league game 1 bust Wemby had a 27 point, 12 rebound, 3 block game.

    wood will just be another harrell

    great spark plug off the bench because of his offensive ability who will unplayable during crunch time and glued to the bench in the playoffs

    I'm rather curious that nobody picked up Stanley Johnson. A good sized guy that can guard 3 perimeter positions and shot 40% from three in San Antonio. I thought Vogel would have grabbed him for sure.
