I have decided to join the CL exodus! I spent 10 years at CL, but all good things must come to an end. Here's to a new beginning at LB!
I know this has to be DJ Vitus. I remember when you asked someone to make you that after avatar after that game in the 2004 Olympics hahaha.
Hey guys. Was a lurker at CL. Really enjoyed the level of conversation there so I hopped on over here. Game tonight got me hyped and I was wishing I had more people to talk to about it. Are you guys planning to have a live chatroom set-up for game-days or anything like that? Would be super cool imo.
@Gangsterbomb We already have a live chat. Been chatting live during every game. Just click on the Game Time Tab at the top of any page and it'll take you to the chat area.
This site looks and has the feel of top quality. Looking forward to following the great Laker Legacy and this years team with you fellow fans.
My brother in law tried to sign up here and said he never got the confirmation email. Username iceman. Can an admin reach out to him or see what happened with the email. thanks!
Weird. If he didn't get the email, there should be a link at the top to resend the confirmation email. It might also be in his spam folder, but I'm guessing he already checked that.
I had to do the same! I never had one at CL, but had to throw down my Worthy love over here with the finger roll versus the hated ones.
Hello all. This is SFGOLDRUSHER from also CL. After attempting to try&keep the old boat afloat...I decided it was finally time to give up,jump off&hop on to this one haha. I was a member there since 2006 and literally hardly posted squat though I checked the site quite often through the years&barely started posting just a couple months ago. Sad to say I had sorta lost my fire, due to what I believe was getting so emotionally attached to the 49ers as they went through their rebuild,to finally making their way to one of the elite teams in the league(Dont yall worry were getting some troops back soon while we continue to gel, getting healthier haha) yet once AGAIN&simply every day lifes activities, keeping an eye on the Dodgers etc. Theres something about me about having the passion while someone is down&now that I know the 49ers will be okay(knock on wood), I am absolutely 110% committed to the Lakers again&will be making up for past time negligence to watch this team SURELY RISE AGAIN to one of the leagues ELITE teams. I have no doubts what soever. One step, one day at a time. As long as we stay humble, positive&support this team, players,ORGANIZATION as a whole... WE WILL rise again. Thank you for yalls time, god bless&in Kobe we also trust. (drops microphone)
Haha. Lets see how the season unfolds though I did recall week 1 results in a win by whom? lol. To be completely honest, gotta give respect/credit when its due. It got REALLY old, probably for America as a whole when yall got all that media attention&were a team that couldnt even make the playoffs. You guys are sorta reminding me of the 49ers when Harbaugh first took over to be honest atleast on the offensive side of the ball I should say.Hopefully well see yall in the playoffs. You already know go Lakers go,doe!
@Punk-101 looks like he should be good now. I'm guessing the problem is that the email is getting directed to the spam folder, or it might be an issue with a particular email host, because I've only heard of this with two members. Not sure how many might have tried to register and not received an email at all. I'll investigate and see if I can find other forums using this software have had this problem.
Welcome home brother! You're going to love this site! It's all about the process man. There's a long article that was recently written about Kobe where he said basically that he's not all about winning so much as he is all about the process of getting to winning. Winning is just the outcome that comes from the process of working hard. Following our team through this dark time is not too different. It's about watching these guys get to the best that they can be. It's about watching Julius Randle come into his own. Watching Clarkson prove he was worth a 1st round pick. Watching Lin develop into the consistent starter that he should be. And of course watching Kobe make everyone in the League question how old he is and how "done" he might be.
