Too many dudes see this guy and think they can mess with him, attack him, he’s an easy target, but nope, he’s not. Great to see him chirp back, he’s damn good and he should act like it.

His hood pass is borderline laminated at this point.

He's a team player so he's going to make the extra pass but I'd rather have him the shoot the 3 than Dennis in the corner

he played pretty well, though i will say that green was eating his lunch in their iso matchups (hence the frustration). the refs actually gave reaves a couple calls against green in the first half that probably should have gone the other way, too.

he did a good job being the glue guy down the stretch. curious to see if he keeps getting those minutes in close games.

funny, but again, if you watched the game, green was kicking his a** on both ends. no shame; green's actually a really good young player in his own right, and he's just too athletic for reaves. reaves did what he could to meet the challenge and impacted the game positively in other ways. but when he had to defend green or was tasked with going at him in isolation, it went poorly.

I wish he'd stop hesitating on the shot.

Sloppy off the dribble. Just fire away.

He's really not ready to be PG. He's really good as the secondary playmaker though.

been saying this for a while and told i was wrong. he's just not able to do it. maybe some day, but probably not. again, not a big deal. he's a good ball handler/playmaker as a sg. but you can't run him out there without a pg (lebron qualifies here, btw).

Yeah i don't want him playing PG or primary playmaker, he's a damn good secondary/tertiary playmaker though.

Kind of why I'd want to pick up another back up PG, Dragic just got waived

We all love Austin so much it’s hard to remember he’s only a second year. He looks so poised and steady out there, but he still has room to grow as a player.

Austin is going to be like the ultimate all around glue guy for a championship team in a few years.

It seemed yesterday against Memphis with LeBron out that Austin and several others tried to make up for it by pushing the envelope with "star" level plays driving and handling the ball that they're not really ready to consistently have a good chance of converting. A little more conservative style would be better than 25 or however many turnovers we had.

And Schroder, FFS, stop telegraphing and then throwing lazy passes. :swear:

i've said the same, but i also agree with others that it might be too tempting for ham to play that new third pg, dlo, and schroder simultaneously. i wish i was kidding.

Needs more minutes and plays run for him.

When you're basically perfect from the field in several games: it means you need to shoot more not less

Yeah I want him to be more selfish. He's crazy efficient.
