I’d take Stan back in a heartbeat. Love that guy.

I'd love to have Stan back too but he probably signs up with a team higher in the standings. The C Bags and Suns both wanted Green, they'll probably be in on Stan as well.

100% would welcome Stan back. I was pissed when we gave him up in the Bev deal mostly because it was just so unnecessary to include him to begin with...really hated that move because we became so much smaller after that and having just one other guy that was 6'6+ would have really helped us in the first 55 games or so...

Let's get him back here...he seemed to thrive in LA. After all he grew up in SoCal and he prided himself on being a Laker, which I really appreciated.

Not sure how realistic it is but I hope they wrestle some NBA games back from ESPN. Everything NBA-related on ESPN from the talk shows to pregame coverage to broadcasts have been horrible for a while now.

it's very much realistic that they could get the right back for national coverage once ESPN/ABC's contract runs out, assuming this report is true that they're willing to make an aggressive bid. i'm assuming TNT would continue to keep the right as well. breen is pretty good, but i'm so over jackson and JVG calling games. and yeah, their NBA stuff with guys like perkins and jefferson sucks

Break a knee Kyrie … blow up 2nd time in LA, Russ and let’s keep all our best new talent signed this year plus Austin and Max. And kick a** the remainder of this season to show what that looks like. Enough with this vet min crap to be able to pay 3 superstar salaries.

    :swear:

Hopefully the team performs well enough to discourage interest in Kyrie.

Don’t know what to think about Kyrie. If we were able to sign and trade DLo for him while keeping Beasley, Rui, Vanderbilt and Reaves, okay maybe do it but not for the full 4 year max. But that requires the Mavs to want DLo. If they don’t and we have to renounce guys to clear cap space, no way.

i want to let the season play out, but i'm inclined to pay the younger russell a smaller wage right now.

i think russell can be retained for 4/120, potentially less. and, surprisingly, he comes with a lot less baggage.
