    yeah, he couldn't crack the rotation in dallas when they needed another wing. maybe he can help out a bit while walker and troy and reaves are all nursing injuries, though.

    i'm guessing his knee just responds poorly to playing any significant minutes. a contender should pick him up and have him there in case an important guard gets hurt for a single playoff game or something.

    Sterling Brown is 6’5” 220 pounds, averaged 45% from the field and 42% from 3 a few years ago when he actually got regular minutes with the Rockets. Plus he has a lot of familiarity with Darvin Ham already with his stint in Milwaukee

    He’s also apparently Shannon Brown’s younger brother

    I’ve got no issues with giving him a look

    Gabriel too and even Nunn. Plus Russ continuing to play reasonably well …. which is a big boost in itself BUT without cancelling most of it out with his many and varied types of bad play.

    First we have too many guards, now we don't have any. As far as I know, Russ and Dennis (possibly Bev) are actually pretty banged up at this point.

    Let's recap:

    Bron: hurt (ankle), but probable
    Russ: sore foot, but probable
    Brown: strained quad, out; should be available next week
    Jones: sprained toe, questionable
    AD: foot, out; should be available in a week or two
    Reaves: hamstring, out; 2 weeks
    Lonnie: knee, out; 2 weeks
    Dennis: ankle, but probable
