    It’s always LeGM needs more.
Nope, he needs to shut up and stop trying to always play GM- he’s really bad at it and our team reflects this.

BS. Again. For the reasons of quality depth gone because of it and equally Russ's terrible fit and non winning tendencies "overriding" all his positives toward the remote chance against the best teams of making it through 4 rounds of the playoffs to win a ring. Since the roll players are interchangeable to you, and Brown and Walker even both started off playing well this season .... with Russ able to play with both LeBron and AD (no longer strangers on the court together so screw that alibi) first as a starter and then to the bench finally ..... they were getting their ***es kicked prior to the injuries.

What quality depth? Kcp,Kuz and Caruso all shot 30% from the field and 20% from 3 against Phoenix. That team sucked without AD too. It doesn't work without AD, it's not that complicated. AD was looking like a monster before this latest setback, the season is 82 games long. I keep pointing out the C Bags had a losing record in January last season. We just can't get over the AD injury hump, we've never been any good with Lebron alone.

We should have traded Russ for Kyrie when we had the chance this summer.

Same answer you copy paste basically every time regardless of what is said to you and reasons for it from anyone else’s point of view. It sucks.

The three of them are familiar by now and were playing together (with your whipping boy Vogel gone) You had your “interchangeable” decent role players (3 of them anyway) including Brown, Walker and Reaves playing well enough. And you just ignored what I said about Russ and what’s blatantly obvious to everyone on this site by now EXCEPT you, about his chances of being a net positive through 4 rounds of the playoffs against the BEST teams ….. with all of his worst tendencies always lurking just beneath the surface of any good play he has going on in ANY one game. Let alone how playoff teams will exploit him. We were already getting our ***es kicked and with current LeBron’s play and AD playing like a superstar again.

Rumor has it Rob that said NO to extending Kyrie
We weren't getting our a**** kicked dude, We lost some games, but once AD ramped up, nobody was kicking our a**. Lol..They haven't played in 21 games together yet this season either. We have enough role players right now..the missing superstar is the problem..same problem 3 years in a row. You will catch on sooner or later.

Because that Russ take isn't true. It wont be resolved without a healthy AD, so maybe we'll never know.

I see stuff saying that Kyrie was ours if Rob had agreed to extend him.

BS again. Because you say so? Find me one other person on this site that thinks Russ (especially at this stage of his career) can keep his worst tendencies from hurting us enough to make getting through 4 rounds of the best teams in the playoffs a virtual impossibility, not to mention the quality depth we could have had additionally without his monstrous salary. So arrogant of you. Everyone else is wrong and you're right about Russ when we all watch the same damn games and what he does night in and night out.

Maybe we should blame Lebron for picking AD too. But wait...we won a chip tho!

Meh..I don't give a damn about the crowd and their opinions. I can have my own thank you. Westbrook has been to the Finals, his teams have won playoff series, WTH are you even talking about man?

Now... we had all that quality depth that you keep ranting about in that Phoenix series didn't we? Championship winning quality depth too, they got outplayed by a bunch of newbies. Super Stars matter more than the role players bro. You keep dancing around like that's not a fact. AD on one leg carried us in that brief series correct?

Now everything is back to being Westbrook's fault? If only we had Kuz and Kcp!! Been there done that already, they were both pre AD...and we only had 1 good year with them too.

Beverly/Nunn/Jones/JTA/2023 Bulls 2nd (projected #34)/2027 1st (top 4 protected) to Charlotte for Rozier/Washington. Charlotte would have to waive their unguarenteed players, Richards and Smith. Lakers uppease Lebron, by helping to win now, while at the same time acquiring young players. Rozier and Washington are 28 and 24 respectively. Furthermore, both are very good shooters off the ball. Addionally, there contract situations are fairly manageable. Rozier is locked up on a reasonably low 21-25 million per year for 4 years. Washington will be a restricted fre agent after the season, with the Lakers holding his bird rights. Might command 15-20 million, but there are not too Nanyang better options in free agency for us anyway, if we don't do anything.

Russ is not a star, let alone a superstar. So, maybe superstars do matter, but AD is the only one being discussed here.

AD is the only one that matters. 3 seasons in a row.

You were just checking if I was still reading, huh? :)

Or maybe, if that suggested trade does not happen, we send Bev & Nunn to Nanyang instead? I would be OK with that.

    Then we’re screwed.

Although we did not look very hot with him either this year.

Maybe..took him a minute to get it going, but we all saw him looking like a MVP caliber player before he went down. No way in hell we are struggling right now, with THAT guy. Absolutely not.
